Monster pizza all the way !! This is a huge bundle of delicious. I'd suggest sausage and mushroom. The sauce on their zaa is delicious. Husband got a Francesca's salad. It was huge and full of all kinds of veggies. For dessert you have to get a cannoli. They are home made. Not too sweet, just the perfect dessert ever. For a monster pizza with two toppings a huge salad and three cannolis it was 60.00. We will have another meal of left over pizza. You have to try here if you are in the area. I was all set to give this place 3 stars, the employees, minus the manager, were great very accommodating and apologetic for what happened with our salad, but nope, the manager messed that up completely. My family and I ordered 2 pizzas and a salad. The food arrived promptly, hot and the pizza was delicious. My mom, opened the salad, poured the dressing over it, served it to us. low and behold a BUG was on my lettuce (see pictures below). I was thoroughly turned off. We called the restaurant and asked for a manager to inform them about the BUG, we exchanged numbers and they asked to have us text the bug to them. In the meantime, they asked if we wanted another salad, umm no thanks or would you like a dessert? We chose the cheesecake. About 10 minutes later, the sweetest and most sincere employee brought our dessert, it was tiramisu, not cheesecake, fine, whatever thank you. He apologized, states this have never happened, I can't believe this happened, I'm so embarrassed. We did not get his name. Thank you, kind sir In the meantime, I sent the bug to the manager (see text messages below), the manager replied, "you might want to check you're surroundings, that bug doesn't come from our store." FIRST it's YOUR not YOU'RE. SECOND, you rude little bastard, we opened the salad and added dressing and then put it on plates. A BUG flew in our food in 3.5 seconds...IMPOSSIBLE. How are you any establishments manager with customer service like that? Most managers would apologize, not accuse paying customers of trying to sabotage a salad to get a $5.00 refund or a free $5.00 dessert. We spent over $50 on the meal, we are not hard up for $5.00. I will definitely never, EVER eat here again and I will tell friends, enemies, family, any and everyone who will listen not to EAT here. EVER read more

What can I say, we like pizza. Francesca's has been incredible. We had some good pizza, pasta, canollis, and salad. The pizza was good, the kids pasta with butter and garlic was really good, the salad was really fresh. The lasagna was a huge portion, with a lot of sauce and cheese. read more

Is hard to communicate how sub-par this pizza is. I couldn't in good conscience recommend this pizza to a starving homeless person. They do make a decent salad tho.. lol. The thin crust was pretty good but the pan pizza was absolutely horrible - soupy, stuck to the cardboard, bland hard crust. It was almost inedible. My kids loved the eclair cake. These days we are trying to support small local businesses. We just moved to a small town and most places near by don't deliver to our part of town. Luckily when we called them they confirmed that they deliver to our small town. I wasn't expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised. We ordered pizza and it came hot and in the time promised. Pizza was extra cheesy, the toppings we ordered, sausage and veggies were all fresh. We ordered a pan pizza and the crust was flakey and not over cooked. We were so impressed that we ordered dinner from the following night. I ordered a rib eye sandwich and my my husband ordered the cheesy Italian beef sandwich. Both sandwiches were delicious. Cheese fries were good also. Can't wait to try other items in their menu. Definitely a great local restaurant to order take out or delivery in our area. read more

I'm not a pizza person but the rest of the family is. They closed at 10 pm and their last order is at 9:30 but only got pizza and nothing else on the menu. It's the only down side since I'm not big on pizza. I did try it and it was really good. The price is a bit much but I'm see being from TX a lot of things up here are a bit high. I was able to even eat the pizza cold the next day and it was still good. I would recommend it but go earlier if you want to try the full menu. read more

We had the lasagna and the chicken Alfredo. They were both delicious and the portions were more than adequate. The garlic bread was fluffy and yummy. I put 4 stars instead of 5 because we couldn't get through on the phone. First time I called I was told I was being put on hold and then was hung up on . Their Pizza and cheesy beef are ok but don't get their burgers. They have the worst burgers I have ever tasted. Pure Salt meat, wilted lettuce, soggy bun, not much cheese. Spent $45 on the family and most of the food was thrown out. I have been here several times throughout the years and not sure why I return. The food seems to be getting worse in quality. This place was so disappointing. We looked it up online and thought it sounded great. The prices were very reasonable. We ordered by phone amd went to pick up. Our bill for 12 wings, a bowl of spaghetti with 2 meatballs and four salads said to be individual was $75. Im annoyed. They dont provide an itemized receipt so when I called the ladies response was "oh you must have been looking at an old menu". The food was subpar as well. read more

Last night I ordered calzones for delivery. One of them I got pepperoni, jalapeño, and pineapple. I started eating it and the dough was raw. The second calzone I asked for chicken Alfredo and cheese, when it was delivered and started eating it there wasn't any chicken and we called the store to address our situation and the girl on the phone was very rude. Didn't want to accommodate or listen to our concerns we had, it was just an argument and getting very defensive. We first brought up about the no chicken and couldn't even get our voices heard to explain about the raw bread. Everything here is great. Love the cheesy beef! Pastas and pizza are really good too. If the phone line is busy, it's because THEY are busy which is a good thing! That means it's popular, ...yeah, people are ordering, and so they have a lot of orders. Omg this place was delicious. I literally just finished my dinner and I am just sitting here thinking of how much my meal hit the spot! My family is staying at the fox river resort down the street and we found this place by asking Siri for the closest restaurants. I highly recommend the chicken bacon ranch sandwich- juicy, tender and just delicious! We also had their wings which were very good- very meaty and filling. My fiance and I discovered this place while staying at the Fox River Resort (Silverleaf timeshare place) last summer. The food was good, the large spiders outside were scary, but it was the staff that really made an impression. Friendly, funny cashier/waitress girl. Did an impression of her heavily-accented Italian boss, the owner. We weren't sure what to expect walking in here, it looks like my grandma's old cottage from the outside, with large spiderwebs and even larger spiders hanging out next to the door. And the dining area is very small inside (but it's not in a very populated area). But we felt welcomed. For food, they have your standard Italian-American fare with pizza and pasta and a few fried appetizers, and delivery during specific hours. While staying at Fox River Resort we were looking for a good pizza place. Thankfully we didn't have to go very far. Francesca is so convenient! All three of our kids, who have very different opinions of food, loved the thin crust pizza. My wife and I had the pan pizza and it was excellent. I am usually pretty skeptical of "hole in the wall" type places, but Francesca checked all of my boxes. We look forward to coming back and having it again sometime soon. read more

Well... If you are looking for a hole in the wall place, this is it. Seating for about 10 people. The food was really good and the portions are very generous.
