Locally made furniture from hand carved wooden bowls to chests, hutches, side tables and more. They have a whole room for your garden- pots, little signs, shelving for your herb garden. There is a whole kitchen section with glass measuring cups, white ceramic and pottery canisters, salt pepper shakers, etc.. Lots of items you can use for gifts or in a gift basket. I paid around $150 for a bridge piercing and jewelry, expecting a high level of professionalism and client care at that price point. Shortly after, I mentioned it looked crooked. My piercer (Dani) said it may just be swollen and suggested waiting 2 weeks to determine if it was actually crooked, so I trusted that guidance. After 2 weeks, it was clear the piercing was indeed crooked. When I reached back out, Dani offered to re-pierce it, but there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience this caused. I would have had to travel 30 minutes each way again (paying for transportation both times), take more time out of my day, and go through the pain and anxiety of being pierced again--all due to an issue with the original service. What made this experience worse was the lack of empathy. Instead of recognizing my time, cost, and discomfort, the response focused only on her own expenses and policies. There was no real accountability, which is something I expect when paying this much for a service. I also want to mention that I was placed in a room with two other people being pierced at the same time. This felt extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. Getting a piercing can already be an anxiety-inducing experience, and there should be a reasonable expectation of privacy during something like this. To put things in perspective, I've paid less to get two nostril piercings from an APP-certified piercer in Hollywood, California, where the level of professionalism, precision, and client care was significantly higher. That experience made it very clear that the pricing at this shop does not reflect the quality of service being provided. I ultimately requested a refund and never received a response. Mistakes can happen, but how they are handled is what defines a business. This experience totally lacked professionalism, accountability, and basic client care. Just a note: this is also a store where, once you get inside (it's locked, understandably) the owner will come out, see if she knows you or you look rich enough, and if you don't meet inspection she goes into the back. The good: If you're into YSL, Balenciaga, Valentino, Alexander McQueen, Prada, etc. they've got you covered. They get the goods in new and the prices seemed about right. I have no idea how their online marketplace(s) work, so I'm not sure if the recent review about that is accurate. I was mainly wanting to replace an Hermes wallet that has seen better days, but their selections were limited in the "not covered in logo" variety. If you like flashy things, again, this is your spot. The ehhhh: I'm not into flashy stuff (see above), though I do have some McQueen. I was more interested in their Hermes and Chanel, which they only carry used (along with Vuitton and some others). This became a bit of an issue, because the sweet lady trying to help me seemed clueless about the inventory. I was also curious as to how they did consignment, given that I have several bags that I just don't use. I didn't ask, however, because I wasn't super confident in getting a correct answer. I will say, sellers probably do alright because they have a monstrously overpriced Birkin in there that has bald corners and needs a spa visit (when I mentioned this to the salesperson, she looked at me like I had horns or needed meds--obviously, she had not heard of the Hermes spa). You can get the same Birkin on The Real Real, in far better shape, for $4k less. Overall, I probably would have had a better time I had trotted in with my Kelly bag...but I shouldn't have to do that. I'm giving them four stars because they carry authentic goods, but make sure you fit their idea of a customer before you pop in.
