Cute fun place to shop for this and that as in clothing, sunglasses, makeup, jewelry, handbags, and gifts. This particular Francesca's is located in Disney Springs, a huge restaurant and shopping complex near Disney. I actually had no idea this place was a chain and actually have one up the road from me. Francesca's is a specialty boutique that started out in Houston, Texas, and has since multiplied across the United States opening over 700 stores. They offer what they consider unique items across all sorts of interests from clothing to accessories. I'm truly not a go-into-a-store type shopper and much prefer to get my online fix. But my daughter and I were killing time and stopped in. There really wasn't anything that caught my eye but she found several things she liked. I actually bought her a couple cute pairs of sunglasses. They were advertising buy one get 60% off second item which tells you they must have a good markup on things to offer that kind of deal. It's not my kind of store and I am not really a browser but my child certainly had herself a good time checking things out and left happy with what she had gotten.

Girl clothing

I come here every time I'm in Disney springs. Cute clothing for a great price. If you don't find what you like you can always order online

OMG! Best Free People Store EVER! First of all, the people who work here are very friendly,…read morehelpful, and knowledgeable! They care about us as customers and make the shopping experience fun and easy! The fitting rooms were so easy to navigate and there was always someone nearby to answer questions or grab another size or color. The people who work here may be young, but they are helpful, supportive, and energetic. A+ for excellent customer service as I had to order several items online because my size wasn't available. Ambiance and selection are superior to every store in Disney Springs! The styles are on trend and the displays tastefully done. We found so much we wanted to buy! The prices are high but we know that when we wear Free People it's a n attitude and style that is well above average! Great experience!!

Staff isn't particularly friendly. I can't remember the last time I was greeted when entering (not really an issue for me bit I know really bothers some) they get a lot of the newest items which is good bi they don't often restock those items to make space for new drops. They do have an intimately free people section as well as an active and swim section which is great since we do not have any separate store locations in the Orlando area. I don't love some of the donated they have made over the years. For example they use to have these gorgeous carved wood doors and those are long gone. That's not this locations fault-Anthro brands as a whole have been undergoing a general watering down over the past few years. But for a store that is in such a prime location I expect more. I can understand stopping in while on vacation if you live in an area that doesn't have a FP locally, if you, there's nothing special or "Disney" about this location. It's just a general FP store and definitely skippable if you have a store at home.

You step off Frozen Ever After, still humming the songs and enjoying the atmosphere of Arendelle, and suddenly you're surrounded by all kinds of Frozen themed merchandise! If you're traveling with kids or if you're a Frozen fan yourself, it's pretty hard not to stop and browse! This was one of my go to stops after riding the Frozen Ever After ride while visiting Orlando Florida for a conference. The shop feels like an extension to the ride! There are plenty of Anna, Elsa, Olaf, and Sven items, but you'll also find some Norway inspired merchandise mixed in throughout the store. The selection was impressive too. Plush characters, apparel, ornaments, mugs, toys, and collectibles filled the shelves. There seemed to be something for every type of Frozen fan, whether you wanted a small souvenir or something more substantial to take home. Even if you're not planning to buy anything, it's worth taking a few minutes to walk through! The theming is well done, and it continues that Nordic atmosphere from the ride and pavilion. Plus, after waiting in line for Frozen Ever After, it's nice to slow down and look around before heading to the next attraction!

And I asked him where he was from. He said Norway and that he had moved here to the US recently. How cool is that?! An actual person from Norway working in the Norwegian Pavilion! Super cool! He was very helpful too. I found a nice backpack and bought that. The Norwegian Troll made from wood is a crowd pleaser for sure! He's sooooo big! You have to grab a selfie with the giant troll! lol

Cute merchandise gift shop. They have all of the Disney park merch necessities, like bathing suits,…read moretowels, etc...plenty of Stitch merch, and they also have brands like Rocky and non-Disney branded merch. I love a good gift shop, but my only complaint this trip, which I am sure I will repeat, is that they do not seem to have super unique items at each gift shop stop, they seemed to have made this year's souvenirs and sell them everywhere. I ended up getting the spirit jersey rash guard at my hotel instead of the park since they discontinued package delivery back to the hotel. That was a perk I really enjoyed in the past. I hope Disney looks at the reviews and decides to offer this service again. They still have it at Universal, which allowed us to shop at the waterpark and not worry about carrying our items home. I think if they enjoy being spending money and making ample purchases, they would bring this back.

Another huge Disney gift shop, you say? Yes, yes it is. Although, because this one is inside…read moreDisney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, you're more than likely going to actually need a few things from here. One thing that I consider to be an absolute must to purchase is this plastic water-proof case thingy you can wear around your neck that also floats. No, I don't know the name of it, but when you see it you'll know what I'm talking about. LOL It has enough room inside to place objects like credit cards, cash, an ID, etc. Most people put everything inside of a locker when they get to the park, but who really wants to be running back and forth all day long to grab money, etc.? No one. A great gadget that I highly recommend you purchase. It'll also last forever, so you can use it in the future whenever you hit another water park. Then there are the items that people always seem forget (some absolutely necessary) like sunscreen, lip balm with sunscreen, sunglasses, beach towels, goggles, flip-flops, disposable underwater cameras, etc. Yes, these items are MUCH cheaper to purchase before you get on Disney Property, but Disney is banking on the fact you forgot. The beach towels are pricey (about $20 a pop), but they have really cute designs and they are actually very well made. I seriously have a couple of Disney beach towels that are a decade old and still look brand new even though they've been washed like a million times. They are also super-exhorbant. Some of them feel thinner than others, but they all get the job done. Cheaper beach towels you might purchase at Walmart are just that.. cheap. In my opinion, $20 for a Disney beach towel is worth the price. It'll also make your kid happy to be able to pick out a really cute one they love. The underwater cameras. I personally happen to own an underwater camera, but I know a lot of people don't. This is an item many people don't think to purchase before they hit a Disney water park. You'll probably pay triple for it here, but they are worth it if you didn't think to bring one. LIke the four major Disney Parks, they have photographers here who will take your photos all day long, but you'll pay dearly for them in the end. May as well take some yourself. You'll also find things here such as swim suits (for all ages), backpacks, beach jewelry, clothing items, buckets and pails for playing in the sand (cute little sand scoopers with a Mickey icon handle), etc. Think "beachy" things... that's what you'll find. And if a thunder storm hits and it starts pouring down rain, you'll also find every single person in the Park trying to huddle inside this shop. This always amuses me since everyone is already soaking wet anyway! LOL
