His name was Dexter, and he seemed to care, seemed to truly enjoy helping me, always used mine and my husbands name when talking to us, and I truly enjoyed the whole experience and walked out with a beautiful outfit for my event. I cannot recommend him enough, he is an asset to the store, and I will go back any time I need anything and ask for him, and encourage anyone else to do the same.

If you go to your regular Loft at any mall or strip mall location you'll have a clearance area or sale area that has some pretty good pricing. I feel like this store is offering up just a larger version of the clearance area that you find in the regular location. A lot of the items are regular price with 40% off sign, which happens a lot of times in the stores around seasonal times. Every now and then I do happen in when they're doing an additional sale on top of the sale which is really nice so the prices do become good so if you hit him during that you'll probably get a deal. I do have to say though it is five stars for the staff because they are always super friendly and helpful. They always stop by and make sure that you don't need any help or if you do they're happy to pitch in. I've never had a problem with any of the staff on site and I think that they deserve a little bit of a call out. Overall: B- They may not offer the deals you expect to see for an outlet location, however if you really love this brand it's a great store to stop and because it's clean, well-kept and has my staff.

It is filled with tourists due to the connected hotel and proximity to the airport, so even on a Tuesday it felt packed in here. The layout feels almost like a labyrinth but there is a lot of signage on where to go. Most of the stores are ones you can find at most malls, but there are quite a bit of 'unique' stores as well. You've also got the Crayola experience, which is pretty large. While this mall wouldn't be my first choice to go to, it does do the trick if you're needing your fix of big name stores.

Last year we went and they had Christmas flamingos. They had more this year. They also passed out Christmas bags with Simon mall logo on them. I would be back for this event. My issue with The Florida Mall is that the A/C doesn't work well. It's a huge mall with tons of shops and tons of people walking around. They are so busy. We were looking for stores with the best A/C bc we couldn't really beat the heat here. Primark has the best A/C. Along with Armani Exchange, Ghirardelli bc of their chocolates, and The TNS Store. I wish I could have stayed longer but the lack of A/C made me want to leave. I very much loved the Xmas in July Event and Santa, Mrs. Claus, the elves, the photographer, and the other people working were so nice. The AC is sure lacking and this was the issue last year. Perhaps the big space, older mall and open ceiling exposing the sunshine sure doesn't help. This is a very popular mall. It could def be better here.
