A gorgeous location with tons of fun finds. The challenge with this chain overall is that it is on the pricey side, but if you love it and it's a fit for you - go for it! This two-story location has items just about everywhere. From clothes, to decor, to accessories, you can find tons here. They do have a small sale section if you wanna walk through there and see what you can find. There were a few staff members located through out the store. I actually really like this anthro. While it's not particularly large, it's curated well. They have the best selection of whatever is currently being sold. They also have a great sale selection. Every single time I he found a gem and a really great price (I got a large Hurricane there for $12 once originally over $200) Of your going looking for a full line up of clothing you might be disappointed but the store itself is a good one if you ask me. I am a disabled individual and this store treaded me like I was a bother to them. I have contacted Anthropologie about my experience. The manager eye rolled and couldn't get me out of the store fast enough. I've been an antro perks member for as long as I can remember. I hope Anthropologie will make this right. read more

Very pricey retail store. However it's worth it if you find items on clearance. The candles they sell here fills the store! But they are pricey! Only worth buying items here is when you know you cannot get it anywhere else! read more

This is my favorite store to shop. So happy they have one here in Disney Springs. The past year I haven't purchased much from here because I didn't like the selections and the styles have changed so much. I was glad to see there are so many new items that I loved. Their home decor selections are always so pretty. I purchased a beautiful fall table runner with pumpkins and a cute dog dish towel. The store was beautifully displayed and the staff were friendly but not stalking. I will be back to shop for Christmas! read more

Overwhelmingly large and massive sales section! Love the location (it's a quick walk to my other favorite retailers) and near yummy restaurants and food. As always, prices are steep, but my opinion is the quality and style is there to match the pricing. Anthro dresses are show stoppers... especially the farm rio brand. This store has great stuff sometimes but we had an awful experience the last two times. One woman at the register (tall , brown hair @45-50) was pretty rude & snapped that they were closing. Then there was a heavy set woman in her 60s named Elizabeth in the dressing who was just slow & seemed really unhappy to be there. I LOVE Anthropologie! I got a few hand creams from this store and they smell amazing. The atmosphere is so aesthetically pleasing and inspiring. They have such creative merchandise. Some of their makeup and skin care products have great ingredients too. Some things are on the pricy side but very cute. The employees are friendly and welcoming. This Anthropologie store is located in the Disney Springs mall near the Lime parking structure. I'm usually looking for a chair or couch but my wife didn't spend much time in the store this time because as of late she's been disappointed in what her so called favorite store has to offer. She was telling me she feels that their quality has dropped and that their dresses which have a lot of whatever she called it (colors, knit in designs, etc) are not as much as before. She thinks the buyers have gone on the cheap to put it bluntly. Me, that's cool I don't mind it when she goes into the store and comes out empty handed. I'm not saying I don't want to buy anything believe me when I say we've put in a fair share of coin to the entire Anthropologie enterprise to probably last a year's wages for an employee during our life time. I never really understood this store but that's ok because I'm a guy. As I said I'm normally just looking for a place to sit down. The last time we bought something from an Anthro was in Chelsea Market which wasn't long ago so yes, I'm happy we didn't buy another 200-400 dollar dress this time around. To the store designers, please ensure that it's mandatory that couches have to be in each store as part of "guy section" and keep it up with the free wifi in every store. I can't remember if this store had their own as they all do or if it was Disney's wifi across their entire property. Either way it doesn't matter. read more

As a return customer I came to the store to repurchase a fragrance. The people that work here are rude.

This is by far my favorite Anthroplogie. They always have the best selection and the store itself is beautiful. They literally ALWAYS have stunning displays. The time before last I was in and they had a gigantic humpback whale and tons of seagulls hanging from the ceiling and it was so beautiful. Upon inquiring about what they do with it after, they said it was donated to a charity! Come to find out it was donated to a local charity that helps underprivileged youth have access to art. How cool! I love when brands give back, especially in ways that impact my local community. Aside from all that goodness, this store is always well stocked and organized. The salespeople that work here are always so incredibly helpful and kind. Last time I was in I needed help finding an outfit for Christmas pictures and they were quick to grab me another size in a few different pairs of pants and dresses. There has never been a line for the dressing room which is great and the dressing rooms are large with good lighting. Another tip, whenever they have their large sales, normally this store sections a large part of the store off for tons of racks but if it's a regular sale, there are always a few racks upstairs to check out! I've found a few gems on sale here :) read more

This year while in the fitting room I asked for a larger size in a pair of adorable pants. The dressing room attendant advised me that I should get dressed and go look. This store may be good, but the employees, or 1 man specifically is not. Bought a lot of stuff from the Disney store and in transit my bagged ripped. I walked in to this store and asked for a bag, I was told I could not have one because I didn't make a purchase. I can appreciate the employee trying to reinforce the position of the company, but seriously, make a call for yourself. I Purchased a $10 bar of soap, and I'm standing outside the store writing this review. So please forgive me that I cannot review this store in terms of merchandise, but My review is applicable in the sense that I am also reviewing their employees, and in terms of friendliness in customer service they fall short. Actually, to be specific, just gentleman at the front counter. However, the other people I know that he reminds me of are all specifically hung up on rules so I guess it does not surprise me at the end of the day. read more

I absolutely love this store and normally come every week. Today I came in bought a pair of earrings on sale then left and did not have any charging issues. Came back an hour later and bought earrings and an accessory on a different register with my same card. On the first try she said it timed out and not authorized. I did not use my card anywhere else in between the hour I was there. She told me to try again and the same thing happened. I checked my back account and I was charged twice and they took out $140. When my one charge was $68 and some change. The manager blonde skinny girl tall girl was not the nicest about it. The poor associate girl apologized and I asked to be rung up on a different register and the manager told her no. I insisted. Went on a different register and had to use a different card because I did not want over $200 to be taken out a day before rent is due because the manager insisted it was my issue. Now it's going to take 3-7 business days to get my money back and that manager didn't apologize just printed off a sheet saying it didn't go through and basically sniffed at me. I'm astonished about her attitude and that she's a manager. I will now purposely not go back into this store even though I'm here every Tuesday. Because that manager judged me instantly, rolled her eyes and gossiped with the guy working there. I do not appreciate it. I'm so saddened by their attitudes and even RSVPd to their event on the 10th earlier this week but they absolutely will not get my business anymore. I'll buy online or go to Millenia. Please train your managers to be as nice as the associates whom I purposely used to go out of my way every week to see. I'm offended on the way that female manager looked at me and acted towards me and the guy working tonight. read more
