Since switching to Camp Bow Wow as soon as I pull in the parking lot they can't wait to go inside. Our groomer showed me where they wait for each other (they share the same groomer) unlike the crate with the towel inside at the old groomer they wait in what looks like a mini hotel room. Air conditioned, sound proof room (not crate )with a glass door to see out, flat screen TV and a cot. One day they provided pupacino treats after their groom. It truly is a special place and the prices are the same as my previous groomer. Highly recommend!!!
