We've had Francis in mind, so he came with us to see the new builder homes in the area. We came in open-minded and hopeful. But this being our first time looking at homes, we were a bit nervous as we had no idea what to look for touring model homes. Francis asked all the right questions, even some we never thought to ask since we were first time home buyers. Immediately we felt so confident with Francis on our side because we knew he our best interests. We picked our home, and Francis was with us every step of the way. He was there for us night and day, even for our most mundane questions. It was a very long process, but Francis always checked in with us, reassuring us and made sure it was as smooth as possible. At a crucial time, we hit a snag with the builder's preferred lender, and things got bleak very quickly. As soon as Francis knew what had happened, he came with his lenders within the hour. They worked tirelessly to save our dream home! Francis and his lenders pulled through successfully and made sure we closed when on time. It was truly remarkable!!! He was extremely unresponsive to my questions and concerns. I constantly had to follow up with him to confirm that he did what he said he would do, instead of letting me know that he completed that task. When the seller moved out of their home they left a lot of garbage in the home, I notified him that the house should have been cleaned prior to me taking ownership of it. He ignored my email until I included the escrow company, and he simply sent a reply saying "Received". Later he had one of his associates take care of the trash removal after multiple delays and making me waste alot of my time waiting at home for them to come pick up the trash. If negative stars were a rating that is what this company deserves and the only thing that they deserve. Save yourself the headache and give your money to a more respected agent. If for some reason you decide to work with him, do not talk with him on the phone, he will make a lot of promises that he cannot deliver on, get all of your conversations in writing to hold him accountable.

We had a set of parameters we were looking for, had a price range, had our funding figured out and then an unexpected & unique property popped up on the market. If deadlines had to be met she was on the ball. She also has experience in negotiations and we feel we reached an amicable price after all was said and done.
