Waiting in your car, temperature and blood oxygen check, the dentists and hygenist wearing PPE, a high evacuation suction devises when aerosol droplets would be released. My teeth were scrapped clean rather than using the ultrasonic tool. I felt as secure on that point as I could. Regarding Dr. Benish, he is a highly skilled dentist who has a lovely, efficient and caring staff. He spent a great deal of time explaining what he going to do, and what will happen. He didn't rush when it took quite a long time to get my crown to fit. He is truly I caring and interested in his patients. I recommend him and his office highly.

This office is family, everyone is friendly, and I mean everyone, they know me by name when I walk in. The wait time might be 5 minutes or less. They don't rush at all, they answer all of your questions. Dr. Umansky and Dr. Jessie are the best. My only hope is that I hope they don't retire before I do. Believe me I am not afraid of the dentist at all. The care and bedside manners make all the difference in the world. If I could write 100 reviews I would. I would recommend anyone to their office.

While removing my temporary crown which he has placed himself in my mouth about a month ago dr. Haddad use some kind of pliers device which he has grabbed my tooth and rocked it violently in every possible direction to remove the temporary crown. While doing it he has uprooted the tooth itself that now is causing a nonstop pain. There are other easy and safe methods to remove a temp. crown. I had to go to another dentist trying to save my #5 and #6 teeth. He has charged me $6200 for job !! My other dentist said that it is max $4200 job ! Plus I think that #5 and #6 tooth didn't need any roor canal or crown to start with since I have done it only about a year ago. The 2 root canals were done already and 2 crowns were done as well. And I never had any toothache to start with . He talked me onto doing something that I didn't even need to start with . Find yourself another REAL dentist with a humane prices !!

The office atmosphere is relaxed, yet professional. Wait times are short; I don't think I ever waited even 10 minutes to be called in. Dr. Lukenda is very knowledgeable and welcomes questions from his patients, addresses any and all concerns. He has a great bedside manner and delivers thorough and high quality care. I recently had a dental emergency while on vacation which necessitated a call to his emergency line. He called me right back and reassured me and soothed my worries. (Which I have btw been using for almost a decade). Now, I clearly have some cavities on my teeth cause nothing has been done by them other than scraping more and more of my teeth off during cleanings which left them hurting more and even more "sensitive".
