Gabby Johnson assisted her with the order and paperwork. Both of these technicians went above and beyond their work. I told them I was a difficult stick so they called Amy Collins. After a few tries she was able to get a vein. All 3 of these ladies deserve a shout out. It's because of these people I choose to drive further to a awesomeness hospital.

BUT, I got a bill from the Dr, 5 week's later for money they say I owed. Even after I OVERPAID them when I checked in! Turns out? They never even sent the claim in for the date that it was read by the Dr for my echo. I've spent 2 day's being told to call here & call there & I'm a senior citizen on a limited income! I could not match up that Dr's name to anything I received from.my insurance company! If they are doing this to thousands of Senior's Citizens, stealing money from them? Do you think that's right???? To anyone with insurance? Do you think that's fair? I don't. That's flat out stealing & stealing from a Senior's Citizen is a FELONY! Then I dislocated my knee, and they did not want to knock me out, I told them they could not touch me without doing so, the doctor threw a fit and stormed out, and then when he came back with the paperwork he threw it at one of the little guy workers. AFTER they placed my knee back in, he said I was right, because it took them THREE tries. Guess what, the NURSE did it twice, and then HE did it. LEARN YOUR SHIT PEOPLE.

He pulls no punches, which I truly appreciate, as he continues to encourage me to stay active and applauds my efforts. Dr. Farrow never rushes out of the office, making sure all my questions and concerns have been addressed, including insurance, so that I don't end up paying out of pocket unnecessarily. He strongly encourages, but never pushes tests or vaccines. He does however make certain, before I leave the office, that I have all the information I need to make a well informed decision. What is most important is that she really LISTENS. She is empathetic and very compassionate. She truly cares about you. Her staff is also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend her.

The only good thing that I have to say about this hospital is that there are a few great staff yet…read morea few that are unprofessional and treat you like you're there either making up stuff up or trying to score narcotics. One specific RN who I will not mention, was discharging me before I reminded him how I was supposed to get an injection. Acted like I was the one inconveniencing him/her. I found this to be disturbing that had I not reminded this person they would've defeated the entire purpose of my visit. If you can avoid getting treatment here, you should.

I had a great experience with Irene Torres. I got bit by a dog just above my lip. I had to get 7…read morestitches. I was very worried about getting them taken out because I know it can be very painful because I knew how tight the stitches were and how sensitive the area was. I went in to get them removed, and she told me originally to wait another day or two, but when I told her how concerned I was about who did it, she called me back to tell me that she had contacted the other NP that would be there that day to ask her how she felt about removing the stitches, and she didn't feel comfortable doing it. Irene researched the amount of time needed to leave the stitches in to make sure it would be ok to remove them that day, and said that I would be fine to come back that day while she was there. It showed how much she truly cares about her patients. She did an excellent job with the removal, and I had very little pain. I was so relieved to have them out, and it's still healing up nicely. Irene has years of experience, is very kind and does a great job. CVS is lucky to have her! Thanks again!
