I wish I can give them negative star. I call to make apt for annually check up. My family doctor is leaving, they put me as new client and give me apt in May, 5 months later. I had very experience with this clinic since they give each client only 15 mins for servicing. My family doctor did not ask me much cause the time is limit. read more

One year later after numerous phone calls to central billing manned by little foreign people I am still being billed for services already paid for, 4 times I have been told it would be fixed, now I can only speak to collections.... Great clinic, friendly staff, clean facilities. They can always get me in the day of or the next day. I have worked with both Dr. Do and Dr. Britton. I started first with my kids who have Dr. Do as do I and she always very friendly. Yes she has an accent but all you need to do is ask her to repeat something or explain if you don't understand. (someone complained in a previous review) I didn't have trouble understanding her. My boyfriend got set up with Dr. Britton and I went to an appointment with her. She a very straightforward no nonsense person and he needs that. I enjoyed the clinic so much I referred one of my DD clients and got them set up with a doctor here. I don't like that they want you to come in 30 mins early for an appointment and I know it's because they want to start the appointment on time so there isn't a domino affect of late appointments for the rest of the day. I've never left the office angry or upset about any appointment. I love the fact that now I can just drive down the street to the clinic and it makes it so appointments are less of a bother. Advice: Make early appointments. If your someone who has high anxiety for doctor appointments - bring a friend. Bring a book, play on your phone, tablet or something if you have issues waiting. To the person with the damaged wrists. Not sure if you were expecting her to put you on pain pills or something. But even that's temporary until your body gets use to it and you have to up the dosage. If you have damaged your body to the point of the pain you described than there is a likely chance it DOES need surgery. Pain pills will only be a temporary solution. And the type of job you have working with your hands is going to wear them out. That review seemed more like the person was pissy they didn't get the answer they wanted. I work with residents who have arthritis in the joints and the only thing we can offer them is surgery or temporary relief in the form of cortisone injections but that's also a limit option. Great doctors here, but if you try to make an appointment by phone, forget it. I tried many times, but were put on hold for hours before the phone just gave up, happened almost everyday, staff won't pick up your call. I have been looking to establish a primary care physician for a long while now and finally decided. Let me tell you, it's overwhelming trying to find one that you like in a city as large as Seattle. After talking with many of my co-workers I decided to check out this clinic, specifically Dr. Britton. After making my apt. I was asked to arrive early to fill out paperwork. The front desk staff were all VERY friendly, and made me feel at ease. It didn't take long for me to get called back to an exam room (I hadn't even finished filling out the paperwork, and it was only 3pgs long). The nurse that took me back was nice and chatted with me while going through all the "normal questions." It took a little bit for the Dr. to see me, but was very nice, and did a wonderful job of listening to the questions I had. The wait made me feel like she is doing a nice job of communicating with her patients instead of hurrying to get through the apt. After talking with her she has definitely solidified my decision to make this my primary care office. read more

I am having a hard time calming down after my encounter with Dr. Doe. It was a terrible experience. From the beginning. I had not been to see a doctor in about 5 years due to my phobia and extreme anxiety. Some pain i have been feeling has kept me up for 72 hours so i am, needless to say, distraught. I arrived 10 min early for my check in to fill out paper work. After almost 30 min of waiting the nurse came to get me. She was very nice and took my weight and BP. She also have me a little more paperwork to do, no problem. From the time the doctor arrived to the time point she told me to leave was 5 min. She spoke VERY broken English and was struggling to communicate. I was informed i had too many issues so we would have to prioritize them. Out of my list of 7 health needs she picked 1. Pain in my wrists and arms. The only options i was offered was surgery or quitting my job. There was no option to help manage the pain while i healed. No suggestion of PT or ergonomic life style changes. No help getting me a nights rest. NO TESTS. She never even got within 8 feet of me. I love my job, i am a great massage therapist and do not want to quit. Professional athletes don't quit when they get injured, why do i have to? I don't want invasive surgery. I want sleep and to be pain free for a few days to heal. When i told her that she said that "you don't have any business being here if you won't do what i tell you." At this point i am having a terrible anxiety attack, tears welling in my eyes i manage to grab my coat and run out the door. It took 5 years to build the courage to go to the doctor and now i don't think i will ever try again. This was emotionally scaring. Tl;dr awake for 72 hours with anxiety and pain. Dr didn't treat me for anything and kicked me out because i wouldn't consider surgery. read more

I showed up 30 min early as a new patient. But still had to wait 45 min after my appt time (11:30) to be seen. So I was there waiting for and hour and 15 min! The doctor was hard to understand and wouldn't help me with my second concern. The MA was nice though. I wish she was my doctor instead. There was PEE and POOP splatters on the wall in the patient bathroom and the toilet seat was dirty omg it was horrible. NEVER coming back. read more

Decided to try Franciscan because Swedish is always so busy, the reasons I've been happy with This clinic: 1. They have been able to get me in day of several times 2. Dr. Do prescribed my son an antibiotic while we were on vacation when I was sure he had an ear infection. Called it in to my nearest pharmacy - amazing 3. If you pay cash at time of appointment you get a huge discount, making my appointments around $80, great for my high deductible plan. read more

I like this clinic. It's clean, they can usually get me in quickly and it's close to my house. I'm sad to see that someone had a bad experience with Dr. Do. She is my doctor and I really like her. She is honest with me and takes time to listen to what I'm saying. That for me is a rare find in a doctor. I deducted one star because my husband went here when he was really ill (they got him in same day) and they sent him to collections over a $20 copay that we never received a bill on. No phone call or anything ahead of time. I've never personally had an issue with the billing though. read more

Calling to get an appointment is hard because immediately I am always put on hold for about 15 minutes. Dr. Neary's medical assistant could improve her manners. We chose this clinic because of its location but have other specialists at different locations that treat for other conditions. When I have asked for referrals to a particular provider, the medical assistant and other staff would sharply say that it wasn't possible. Her tone got louder and more abrupt when I asked calmly, if she could explain the procedure for appeals and the like. Dr. Neary seems to be the same way, I asked for a referral to a particular specialist and she told me to find another primary doctor. However a specialist told me to see a certain doctor in another specialty since I was extremely ill. Writing a referral is not hard and if it is not possible, that is fine but just explain why something can't be done. They also changed a lot if information in our medical files which was untrue or incorrect. This place is also very aggressive with pushing the flu shot. This place is weird. read more

This review is months late now, but I wish I never made the mistake of coming here. I had two appointments for two consecutive days, but cancelled the second because of how terrible the first appointment was. Going in, the receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Though, I did go in once prior to this appointment to ask a question and was basically shrugged off and turned away. However, I figured maybe it was just an off day for that one person, and because of this most recent visit and talking to the receptionists, I had high hopes! I had arrived earlier than my appointment and sat around some until I got called into my room (not earlier than my appointment, just on time) and waited while filling out some papers. Ten, fifteen, twenty minutes went by before finally, thirty minutes later the doctor entered the room without an apology. What's worse is that when going over the forms I had filled out, I had been laughed at when I responded not knowing someone in my families medical history - did you ever think that maybe they aren't in my life? I'm not sure if it's because I had been waiting for so long or not, but I also was told that there wasn't enough time to go over most things. What? You literally took my weight, and height... and that wasn't even you. That was all? So the people before me were allows extra time, on top of the "scheduled" time, but I can't even get the allotted time for my appointment? Whatever, I figured. I had then explained briefly about not being able to sleep well, with which I was asked "so what do you want to do?" ???????????? is that not your job?????????? I had also mentioned that I had had a brain scan (whatever that's called) years ago to see if there was anything wrong with it that may have caused headaches as well, to which I was asked again what I wanted to do. Of course I don't know what to do, I haven't been to medical school! For all I know I have a brain tumor, or an alien trying to crawl out of me! I was in there maybe a total of 10 minutes to which was mostly spent on looking at a scar from falling down and being called fat (without really asking about diet or exercise) in some less direct wording. As far as billing went, nothing came, nothing was mentioned until 7? months after the actual appointment either until right after I logged into the "portal" to check about said billing. I don't know about the other doctors here, but from that one visit I do not recommend this hospital at all. You can definitely find something better. read more
