Last year he promised to show up but never did, and there wasn't even a courtesy call to explain. I gave him another opportunity this year, and the same thing happened. I described our problem and over the phone Larry walked me through what to look for and sure enough it was what he thought...fins frozen...an hour or so of defrost and it was good as new. This does not seem like a big deal...but so many businesses would have sent a person out and charged you for a service call just to tell you the same thing. I initially arrived at Jimmy's RV service needing to replace the city water connection check-valve…read morefitting on my 2022 Arctic Fox 22G. Jimmy had the part and the sealing gasket putty tape required to secure the fittings and three bolts to my RV. With his instruction, I replaced the fitting, and all was well. As I collected his knowledge about replacing the fitting, we discussed how I planned to install airbags on my current vehicle; he suggested I bring my RV to him to see if I needed to realign my sway bar. As we talked, he noticed my hitch sitting in the rear of my vehicle, and he recognized I did not have enough washers. He suggested I let him look at my setup, and I may be able to cancel the airbag purchase. He corrected the problem by realigning my sway bar, and after checking the batteries, I replaced both of my Deecycle AGM with new ones from his business. As a full-time RV'er, I was honored and grateful to meet and interact with Jimmy of Jimmiy's RV service. Every customer seeks a respectable, warm-hearted personality with extensive RV knowledge. He completely repaired our RV toilet which had broken parts on the inside. Works very well. While he was here he checked out our TV system including a DISH receiver and antenna on the roof which has not been working for a long time. He got all of it working and now we know how to use it. To ensure that we can set things up in the future, he sent us a link to an instruction manual on how to get this system working again.
