I stopped by Jeff's Auto Body Shop for the very first time and I was greeted by a very nice guy and his name is Aron. Aron listened to me and was kind enough to give me an estimate right on the spot without me having to make an appointment for getting an estimate. His estimate was very fair so I ended up making an appointment with him to drop off my truck to have some work done regarding a little bit of front end damage repaired. They advised me on the day of the repair they were running late but showed up around an hour something later which was no problem. They began the repair and one of the guys came and told me the person doing the work needed to speak with me. He said there were some more scratches he didnt see on the photo and a piece of the bumper was loose and needed to have the clips put back in place from the inside. He said he didnt bring enough paint and would have to go get more and ask for 120 dollars more and we settled on 100.00 I understand maybe not fully being able to see all the damage from the photo but would have prefered that I would have been informed of the extra cost after he was here and before he was halfway into the job. That is why the 4 star instead of 5 the work is holding up OK after a couple of weeks still looks fine. Setup an appointment two days out. A little hard to find but not crazy. Arrived at Final Touch at the prescribed time and walked into a beautiful lounge area. I was blown away. I was met by an extremely friendly young lady and service manager. I handed my key fob and they immediately got onto the hitch installation. 30 minutes later they were done. I didn't need wiring as this will only be used for a e-bike rack. The value of their service was outstanding and very cost effective. I was quoted over $300 for this installation from Campworld. This cost me $60 not $300. The job, which I was quoted book 3 hours ended up being 30 min. I did the research and found the installation only takes 30 min or less without wiring.
