I stopped by Jeff's Auto Body Shop for the very first time and I was greeted by a very nice guy and his name is Aron. Aron listened to me and was kind enough to give me an estimate right on the spot without me having to make an appointment for getting an estimate. His estimate was very fair so I ended up making an appointment with him to drop off my truck to have some work done regarding a little bit of front end damage repaired. Aron and Jeff completed the job in a very timely manner, and most of all the end results of the front end repair was beyond and exceeded my expectations! Aron is a true Rockstar! They painted it and it had a lot of trash in the paint/clear. I took it back a week later and they wet polished it and took care of it. There was some overspray under the car and it was pretty fish eyed on the lower part of the bumper. Neither of these things were a big deal to fix or even visible. It wasn't perfect but I never looked at the car and was ashamed or anything. Nobody else could ever really tell it was repainted. I had the car for 3 years after that before trading it in. There was a very minor amount of fading but the paint was better quality than the original VW paint was. So, why 4 stars when it wasn't perfect? Well, I paid a small amount of money to have flaking and messed up factory paint fixed and blended in. It lasted 3 years and I imagine it would have lasted for more years given I put decent wax on it. They gave great value for the money and I would bring a car there to have it painted or repaired. I'm writing this review because I am finishing a restoration of sorts on a vehicle that isn't going to be a show car and I just started the body work on it. I was looking them up because I am interested in getting this car painted there. What more can be said that they made me a repeat customer painting a car with bad paint with a color that is hard to match and generally expensive to reproduce for less than $200?

They advised me on the day of the repair they were running late but showed up around an hour something later which was no problem. They began the repair and one of the guys came and told me the person doing the work needed to speak with me. He said there were some more scratches he didnt see on the photo and a piece of the bumper was loose and needed to have the clips put back in place from the inside. He said he didnt bring enough paint and would have to go get more and ask for 120 dollars more and we settled on 100.00 I understand maybe not fully being able to see all the damage from the photo but would have prefered that I would have been informed of the extra cost after he was here and before he was halfway into the job. That is why the 4 star instead of 5 the work is holding up OK after a couple of weeks still looks fine. I would just make sure price was firm and agreed on before any work began if I were to use them again.

I didn't need wiring as this will only be used for a e-bike rack. The value of their service was outstanding and very cost effective. I was quoted over $300 for this installation from Campworld. This cost me $60 not $300. The job, which I was quoted book 3 hours ended up being 30 min. I did the research and found the installation only takes 30 min or less without wiring.
