I contracted with Belman Pavers to do my backyard after my neighbor did. After being told the same…read morecrew would come back in two weeks to do my property, I signed the contract with him. It took 6 weeks for a different crew to finally show up. Not a great experience - they took out a drain that was supposed to have been left, put another drain in a wrong place, and badly sloped the back part of the property after insufficiently removing excess dirt. My back door now scrapes on the pavers when I open it. The sand was not done properly so I have weeds growing around my drains and along the house. They also left my garage door open when they dumped the gravel/sand, resulting in everything in my garage being covered in a thick layer of dust. And the kicker - when they finished the project, they left a pallet of extra pavers in my driveway, blocking my garage for 6 MONTHS. Victor then sent yet a different crew to do my front patio area. They were not able to do my stairs as promised. Would have resulted in stairs that were 9" instead of the 7" which is code. Worst part is that after the crew left, I discovered that 2 of my irrigation pipes were broken in 5 places. Victor promised to have someone come fix it - his subcontractor refused so he asked me to have my gardener do it and said he would pay him directly. My gardener did the work and despite over 2 MONTHS following up, was never paid. I finally paid my gardener the $400 for the screw up that Belman Pavers made. Months later, I am still trying to get Victor to pay me back. He will not pick up when I call nor will he respond to my texts. Buyer beware! DO NOT USE BELMAN PAVERS! Victor will tell you a good story but will bait-and-switch the crew, underperform, and will not honor his word.

He sent workers to my home on a Tuesday without any prior notice, and they told me they would return on Saturday once I had the sealant ready. Saturday came and went, and no one showed up or contacted me. He ignored my calls and messages afterward. To make matters worse, they didn't bring enough cement for the job and started using my own bricks to fill the space without asking or discussing it with me. This showed a lack of preparation and professionalism. Based on my experience, I would not trust what he says. He will leave you high and dry with unfinished work and zero communication.
