They did not do anything and then blamed me for not cooperating. They closed my case and didn't do anything, I want my money back, they take advantage of people in need of help. but when a payment is due they are all over you. they changed paralegals on my case 3 times and they don't keep track of what they do and then they blame me. I want a refund and will post negative comments on all their platforms. I believe they pray on non undocumented people that don't speak up that will not fight back and they probably made tons of money without earning it I can't be the only one they do this to. read more

Terrible!! My husband has been with this firm for over 7 years and they changed his lawyer a total of 4 times within that time and still have not closed his case. So we decided to go with another lawyer. They were suppose to refund him his deposit but they have been giving him the run-around and still have not returned his calls. Finance department is disorganized and constantly changing employees so no one is on the same page and will misplace your payments or confuse your payments if you're paying for more them one contract/fee at a time. Make sure you keep ALL your receipts and specify what you're paying for. In all the years he was there, he never missed or was late on a payment, but that still was not taken in consideration when they decided to raise the price on his contract from $5,000 to $8,000. It's very apparent that this firm doesn't care about their clients and they're all just a big dollar sign to them. So disappointing. read more

I acquired Ms. Franco's services early 2012. Her fees were extremely high, but We figured it would be worth it. It took five years for hubby to finally receive his permanent residency through marriage mostly because it would take them forever to send the papers out to their destination. I truly understand the reason being that they needed to make sure everything was there, but it doesn't take months to check each time. Forget about the fact that we must've dealt with about 6 different paralegals because they're constantly changing staff, or the fact that we only saw Franco 2 or 3 times throughout the whole ordeal. Not to mention that they kept getting the math wrong with our balance total. I don't even care about any of that because the endgame was as it should of been. Hubby got his papers. Now we're looking to get my stepdaughters residency situated but she wants to charge a $50-$150 fee for consultation. Is this how clients (especially return clients) should be treated? read more
