Didn't buy because of a few air leaks Moe said he would have fixed. Air leaks are sometimes hard to pin down because of the Bohm System of keys... hopefully a few replacement pads will work. It appears he used improper tools, sloppy technique, and did no protective taping. It is rough, uneven, and he also proceeded to over bevel the frets to almost 3 times the proper length so the string constantly pops off the side. When I brought it to his attention and asked him to pay to have the neck that he ruined replaced, he refused.

I didn't really want to learn how to play an instrument, so as I was walking around strumming a ukulele or playing a piano (terribly, may I add), I was wondering if there was anything that I would want to learn about. Well, a girl who worked there named Shannon had been talking to me and my family about instruments and lessons, and she told us there were art classes that I could take. She even showed us the art studio, which had tons of paintings and pieces of art that the teachers had made, and boy, was I amazed. I made up my mind that I wanted to take art classes. Having called ahead to…read moreconfirm inventory, they were ready for us when we arrived and set up in a private studio room both a white Music Man Kaizen and a Gibson J-45 I had asked about (pretty diverse, huh?). Then Fred did a great job ordering the "Kryptonite" color Kaizen for us and in particular was able to secure the lighter weight guitar from the two on hand in the warehouse. Then the day the guitar arrived the store manager, Jim, called to make sure we were all good! Yes, yes we are ALL good. Truthfully, some Guitar Center stores have a spotty reputation but the Clearwater store is top shelf with us and I am here to spread the word!
