I expected her just to fix your mistake since my my front bumper was covered in spiderweb, cracks and flaking after just 2 1/2 months. She tried gaslighting me telling me I had hit something even though it was obvious that no such thing happened. I will be getting the remainder of my money from Small Claims Court. Three commercial auto body shops confirmed that it was for workmanship and poor materials that were the only way I would end up with the cracks you're seeing these pictures. So don't let the superficial fool you into believing you're getting a great deal or a good work because you're not it's worth the extra couple hundred dollars to have a professional fix your car. If I could leave less than one star I would. They told me that they were replacing a serpentine belt, but that was only after they told me it was not a big deal if I tried driving with it snapped, which a huge mistake. They told me they were replacing it, and it snapped the first time I took the car out for a ride and got sucked into the engine of the car. I had to have the car totaled, but fortunately my insurance paid out because they found that this body shop was at fault. Thousands of dollars later and lots and lots of aggravation and time I was able to buy a new car with the insurance money Now I am trying to find a way to recover the loss caused by this body shop. I went there for 15 years and was sad to lose a trusted mechanic because of my move to Washington D.C. However I am most happy to find the same kind of shop in Robert'S Automotive .I had tune up with coil packs replaced . Today we checked my heating system and narrowed it down to a heat selector switch so they charged me for the resistor replacement and service call and it was more than reasonable . I am ordering the aftermarket part myself as its an easy swap . The mechanics are very experienced and knowledgeable . I will be recommending everyone that i know to go here to this shop . True to his word, was ready in under 24 hours. I was due for an oil change and asked them to add that and they did no problem. Pickup was super easy- the final price charged matched the quote and it took less than 10 minutes to settle up. Price was good. My transmission had gone out, unfortunately, but they got be back up and running quickly. Shortly after, when my gear shift was giving me problems, I went back. They offered to pay for the labor since there was uncertainty about it being related to the transmission. I thought that was very notable (and very appreciated). All in all, the shop owners, Miguel and Luis, are super kind and clearly look out for their customers. I'll be going back without hesitating if I ever have future issues.

Honda warns that these chemicals can DAMAGE SENSITIVE ENGINE COMPONENTS like O2 sensors and the catalytic converter. If you're looking for garage that's not some chop shop in some sketchy part of Washington DC... If you're looking someplace that's a safe walking distance to the Metro... I have never met a harder working car mechanic as honest as the owner of this shop, ever. Having been driving and wrecking cars for over 15 years in Washington DC, trust me, I've gone through more than a few. Anyone new in town, I always recommend this guy. New luxury car or every day, doesn't matter, he'll take care of you. Case in point: I rarely drive, when I do, I shamefully drive my old 1995 Toyota Corolla (yes garage kept mind you). If someone knows a better deal, do let me know but I can't imagine finding someone that can beat that. This guy rules and I just realized I don't even know the man's name. Sheesh.
