I'm from Baltimore and I have worked with the Super lawyers in the past. But when it comes eastern…read moreshore I had no idea about the lawyers over there. I called Sally B Gold and referred few lawyers on the eastern shore and that's how I got to know Jill. I was going thru a rough divorce, child custody, lost my best friend in cancer, lost my job, furloughed and few criminal charges filed by my ex-wife. It was a disaster what I was going through and fighting alone against my ex and trying to see my child as an immigrant. From the inception of the case, I saw her emotional intelligence understanding the clients needs vs reality, she explained everything ahead of time and options we have. She always made sure that I'm happy with the decision she is making and willing to put extra work to make you happy of the outcome. I was astoned time to time by seeing her degree of perseverance, accountability, negotiation strategy and skills, good judgement, persuasive skills with the judge in the court room, Knowledge of Substantive Law and Legal Procedures. She was on vacation and in the weekends but she still replied my emails and returned my phone calls. I would have got into real trouble. If someone was representing me. When you hire her she is very committed to her profession and she is always there for you and make sure you come out as flying colors. I'm glad that I get to work with her. You have greater height to go in near future. I wish you all the best "Jill Odierno". Persistence is the virtue. All I can say is "She is my Lincoln Lawyer".

I went back to their office six times to ask them to fix their mistakes and every time they kept asking me to come back next week until I got pissed off. Tax time comes around and all of a sudden I needed all kinds of bank statements which is fine but was not transparent at all saying Brian give me all your bank statements each quarter as a guide for me. Not only that I got a new accountant and just wanted my stuff and got a $400 bill instead of $200 that's ok. But she came in with an attitude like I made everything confusing I'm I the only one who thinks your accountant should make sure they have everything instead of telling me she has 8 business and she has to do personal taxes and waited until 1/29 that's right individual taxes go to HR Block or another place where a CPA can give you what you pay for all over Ocean City And not wait until the last minute. I spoke to 2 accountants in Ocean City Maryland and said no problem but she did ask for a review when she was putting up a website so I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. When she was leaving she said thank you I said your not welcome I had to have someone else do her job and she called me an asshole . So to finish my review I wouldn't let her bookkeeping if it was free. I paid $1200 for someone to be condescending and try to belittle me I was a professional and said I wish you would have told me she said she tell you I finished off the first week of January getting her everything I thought she needed and didn't get a phone call until then . 800 text msgs 800 emails I got so confused I have a degree in marketing not an expert but professionalism should be number one with customer service. I'd be out of business if I treated people like this. I'm a nice guy but when you treat me like this I think everyone should know
