I went back to their office six times to ask them to fix their mistakes and every time they kept asking me to come back next week until I got pissed off. I hired another accountant and paid another $250 tax preparation fee to re-done my taxes over again. The new accountant did a great job.

But she came in with an attitude like I made everything confusing I'm I the only one who thinks your accountant should make sure they have everything instead of telling me she has 8 business and she has to do personal taxes and waited until 1/29 that's right individual taxes go to HR Block or another place where a CPA can give you what you pay for all over Ocean City And not wait until the last minute. I spoke to 2 accountants in Ocean City Maryland and said no problem but she did ask for a review when she was putting up a website so I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. When she was leaving she said thank you I said your not welcome I had to have someone else do her job and she called me an asshole . So to finish my review I wouldn't let her bookkeeping if it was free. I paid $1200 for someone to be condescending and try to belittle me I was a professional and said I wish you would have told me she said she tell you I finished off the first week of January getting her everything I thought she needed and didn't get a phone call until then . 800 text msgs 800 emails I got so confused I have a degree in marketing not an expert but professionalism should be number one with customer service.
