We talked on the phone for about an hour and completely clicked - don't underestimate how important this is! Christina is basically a gem in the world of wedding photography. She doubles as a wedding planner. She had a whole schedule she sends you almost by the half hour for your wedding day. Its AMAZING. I really can't even explain how important it was to know how on top of it she was. She made sure I didn't see my groom before the ceremony - and never tried to push us to do a first look. On top of all this, the photos are amazingly beautiful. I wish I could post the photo of my husband when he saw me for the first time. Her second shooter, Jen, worked with my hubs and his groomsmen. The guys LOVED her. I think they wanted her to be a guest at the wedding more than a photographer. She managed to keep them all in check (not easy), produce AMAZING photos, and blend in like a guest. The day of the wedding, everything was great, he even took extra footage so that I would have a nice video. He told me that day that I would have the video within 1 week. A week came and went, and no video. I finally decided to reach out to him towards the end of September, and received no response. I called and left a message, and my husband called and left a message, and still no response. The first time I heard from him since the wedding was on December 7 stating that my emails were lost in his spam folder, and I should be receiving my video within the week.... still, no video was sent out. I emailed again the week of Christmas asking if I may have missed it... no response was returned until January 11, where again, he is stating that my video will be going out next week and confirmed my address at that time. Here we are, February 14, and I have emailed several times since then, have reached out to the venue for their help in getting my wedding video, and he seems to not be answering them, either. I am completely out of options. I've gotten maybe 4 emails from him (and that's being generous, since at least 2 of them were on the same day where he was confirming my address to send the video to.) At this point, I'd recommend to stay away from them!
