More so because there was nothing he could do in the process, still a frustration. But once we brought this to his attention, he seemed more on top of things. Our largest frustration was that we understood from Frank, and one of the reasons we decided to choose him, was that he would be more involved in helping facilitate and move forward the coop board application and approval process.
