From the very first phone call through to the end of the transaction, Dan was a great communicator. He patiently walked me through each step of the process, and explained some fairly complicated stuff in a crystal-clear way. He was personable and funny, and I enjoyed our interactions. On the day of the sale, there were some brief hiccups with wiring the funds (my fault - my bank had several different routing numbers that could be used, and I accidentally gave him the wrong one), but Dan put in extra effort to make sure everything went smoothly.
