I was concerned because I'm credit-challenged but they walked me through the whole process made me feel completely at ease and within 3 hours I had my money. I was so surprised because the payments were so low it was like a huge weight was lifted off of my shoulders. They would even call to let me know when something arrived. A very friendly family feel. They even let one of the ladies behind the window bring her infant in so she could keep working. Then New owners bought the place about a year ago and the place quickly went down hill... -The cost of the mail box doubled over the pervious year. -The cost of money orders tripled. -After the price of the money orders went up there was a problem and they weren't doing money orders anymore. They kept saying next month, next month... this has been going on for a solid 6 months now. -They would randomly not be open durning business hours or close early. -A constant shuffle of new faces behind the glass. Definitely not a good sign because they can't keep employees. -They went on a reduced schedule during the Covid thing but aren't open during the new posted hours & days. -They don't have a voicemail to leave a message regarding your frustrations or even figure out if they will be open. I have a package that was delivered almost 2 months ago that I can't seem to pick up because they are never open.

Fidelity National Title is the worst company I have ever worked with, I will…read more never work with them again. 1. They don't tell you there are different title insurance policies available. 2. Fidelity doesn't stand behind their employees for not informing you that there are different policies available. Fidelity did the title insurance on 2 property that I purchased. I didn't find out this information tell I had a problem with an encroachment and garage roof that didn't have a permit. I am now having to cover these problems myself that are over 10.000. They denied both problems... PLEASE BEWARE
