Although I was nervous about not being there in person, Rob assured me everything would go smoothly...and it did! Rob is very professional, detailed, skilled and stayed on budget. Rob was always easy to communicate with, and always kept me up-to-date with texts, photos, calls, and emails. He was excellent at coordinating every detail between me, Frary Lumber, and other sub-contractors. Rob is a great problem-solver and creative by thinking 'outside the box' when necessary. He offered many great ideas that I would not have thought of. And, as you can see from the photos, it turned out beautifully! I can not recommend Rob highly enough!

There was a very bold color there before that we hated and I was afraid to paint it on tall ladders due to it being on stairs 2: we had water damage come into a downstairs neighbor due to a leaking washing machine. I waited too long to have it fixed and it got moldy. Tom tore it out, dried it out, mitigated any mold, and rebuilt it good as new 3: when we had a roof tear off, we removed an old skylight in order to hopefully get more life out of the roof down the road. Tom made it look like it was never there Tom has fair prices and works really hard. As somebody who appreciates nice painting and drywall work, but isn't any good at it, I can highly recommend Tom. He has exceptional attention to detail and strives to make the customer happy.

I bought into the hype warranty, but it is probably just as better to go with Overhead or Walton and save some change---will update as we progress through this mess
