You would be better off finding an installer in Glasgow that uses quality material (breathable wool, not fibre glass) and isn't trying to cut costs. Hope this helps someone avoid dampness and hopefully these insulation companies buck up their ideas. Cheers

No proper apology, just poor excuses, I was told after 4.5 hours that I could come back another day to get it finished, anywhere else takes about 1 hour

No impressed at all. Asked to check out a tool which would not have damaged it, would not have even…read moredamaged the packaging. Had other items on the counter ready to purchase however was refused and told to buy it and that I could return it as faulty if necessary. It would have taken two seconds to check and a sale would then of happened and no doubt many more sales in the future. Instead all items were returned to the shelf and I wont be returning to the shop again. Astounded....
