My first job placement went well until COVID came around and hurt many peoples job prospects. Temps are almost always the first to go. This company sells you the illusion of ''The American Dream''. In the end, you end up registering your self on a worthless job portal and your resume is simply added to an ATS system (Applicant Tracking System). NEVER EVER DID THEY MENTION THIS! The premium service, which I paid $299.95 for is supposed to guide you personally with a job placement expert until you land that job. Tony Jones, the only one that apparently works here; has only took his time to talk over the phone prior to me purchasing the package. Once you're paid in full, you'll have access to log into a worthless personal page where you can request review and editing of your resume etc. Once you submit your resume, you will get it bounced back within a week with the reply: ''Your resume is already perfect''. After time passed by, I really wondered whether they were really proactively applying; as well for dual professions as they mentioned on their website. Unfortunately, the radio silcence kicks in; and I started calling during business hours. Result? NO ANSWER! Time after time. Please be warned and take this advice seriously. If you want a modern ATS tracking to have your resume on file, let it be edited by a great reviewed freelancer you can be in touch with 1-1 on www.fiverr.com, and then create a Linkedin profile. Then, you can add all your resumes to job portals on Monster.com and Indeed.com where you basically get a way better ATS service than this shady company.
