    DO NOT do business with the company!!!! One of the biggest mistakes that I've ever made for my…read morebusiness was signing on with MBA. Customer service is a joke. It is a big company full of people that DO NOT care. I owned a restaurant and signed on with MBA for a little over two years. I sold my restaurant earlier this year and, thus, cancelled my service with them. I was forced to provide them with a cashier's check for my final payroll EVEN THOUGH my account had always been setup on automatic debit from my business checking account. I was later served with a threatening breach of contract letter forcing me to pay a few hundred dollars in penalties or face a lawsuit. I was made to feel like I had done something wrong from the bottom all the way to the managerial top. Breach of contract??? I sold my business! It was not as if I had chosen to ditch them to sign on with another payroll company. Today, I called client services to get a year-end report to finalize my 2011 taxes. In doing so, I was reminded over and over again by several different people that I was "no longer a client". There was no urgency from anyone in assisting me because I am "no longer a client". After a series of unreturned phone calls and my having to call back several times, consequently, I am being forced to pay $75 for a FICA year-end report--a report that comes standard with ADP, a payroll company that I have dealt with in the past that I would recommend to anyone. From my experience, I am certain that MBA does not have repeat customers or gain business from word of mouth. They lure their customers in initially and trap them in by contract. I would have called to speak to a manager to express my dissatisfaction if I didn't feel like it would have fallen on deaf ears. I will NEVER do business with these people again or refer them to anyone.
