Although extremely busy, the staff does a great job interviewing. Having a resume, and certifications does help. For a staffing agency the pay is great, and you can purchase health insurance. Unfortunately I wasn't selected for the job that I applied for, but at least I know what employers are expecting. Sort of a reality check if you will. Although it may not be necessary, I would suggest to any new applicant to get an OSHA forklift certification if you are applying for a warehouse job. Even if I am not selected for an assignment, the interviewing experience was a plus. Years ago, you didn't need a resume. Today it is a good idea.
