I came in looking for a sheet of brass for a project present for my fiance, which they didn't have, but after I told him what I was trying to do and showed him pictures, he recommended a different sheet of metal that should would work just as well. Long story short, I bought more than I needed, but that's my own fault (and an ongoing trend for me in hardware stores). I had everything I needed to make a beautiful sheet metal rose that my fiance absolutely loves. This Ace may not have everything you've ever wanted in a hardware store, but they do a pretty good job of having most of what you'd need, in a location that was in desperate need of a hardware store.

They have the usual small hardware store selection of other things. I looked at a couple of things I might need eventually. Prices are a little higher than they will be at big box stores, but they actually had what I needed and helped me get it. This is off my beaten path, but handy today, and I will keep it in mind next time I have a project.
