People that give Ollie's a bad review don't understand what Ollie's is about. Ollie's buy up products that other stores and warehouses can't move. They heavily discount the items at great prices. The store does seem to be disorganized most of the time but when you go in there you never know what they are going to have. I blame a lot of the disorganization on the customers. People just move things around and don't have the courtesy to put things back. The biggest lack of respect is the parents that let their kids go wild in the toy isle. They just let them go like it's their personal playground while they go shopping. When they're done they grab the kids and leave toys all over the isle. People, control your kids! This is a place of business, not your personal playground. The best thing I like at Ollie's is the book section. It's awesome to get books that are $29.00 for $1.99. Ollie's has just about anything you need. Housewares, linens, personal hygiene products, tools, toys, food items, and more. Check it out when in the area. You'll be glad you did.

Once inside, there are racks about 15 inches from the zippers and bias tape. It's this way all the time. There is no way for me to get to these items. The roof leaks constantly. There are often big sheets of plastic funneling water from the ceiling to huge garbage cans between the isles. To the company, I think your faithful customers deserve better. Your employees are excellent and I love the coupons but your store needs to make some major improvements.

Found the pull-outs and assorted storage accessories I thought I'd want and after a little poking around I figured, correctly, that the unfinished cabinets were on the mezzanine. There was a good selection of drawer or door face cabinets from 12" up but they weren't quite what I was looking for. Went downstairs and looked through cabinet hardware for a bit and after finding all the necessary pieces decided I'd be better off finding a good set of plans and making my own custom cabinets. I like Maynard's, it's more hardware than home improvement and you need to have an idea of what you're about to get up to and how to get it done. After that it's all ducks and gravy :-)

Clearly it's used! The inside is discussing!! Called and spoke to Nicole the one in charge to be told it's my responsibility to take it back unless I want to pay them delivery charges. She should not be a person in charge.. Very unprofessional and not at all for the customer! I drove an hour away to buy a new washer it's not my responsibility to bring back a molded used hairy washer! Very disappointed and will not be buying anymore appliances through the Mernards in Chillicothe!!

The ladies who worked there helped us pick out a beautiful selection of flowers for our pots. They taught us how to make how selections visually appealing and guided us to the right flowers depending on where our pot will reside. My pot will be in my front porch which is shaded and also has some sun. I was able to pick out both shade and sun flowers. The flowers here were so bright and healthy. I was so happy seeing all these beautiful colors and really wanted a job here. It must be heaven to work with the most beautiful flowers every day! I picked out 2 different flowers of different sizes. One grew taller and the other was short. I also picked out the most vibrant pink Colleus plant. I have never seen one so rich pink. This will be my filler. I also got another plant with cool hardy leaves that will also have flowers if they get sunshine for my drooping over the side of my pot plant. I was very happy with my selection and the ladies who worked there were super helpful! My pot came out $10 more than the pre made one but I was able to choose my own selection. This was such a fun event. They also had cookies, meat,cheese and wine inside the main house. I bought a spicy jar of salsa to go.

The man who was working, I forget his name, was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. He could tell you anything about any of the plants in the shop as well as fish and reptiles as well. He knew what plants would grow best under the conditions of our home when described to him. Now weeks later our plants are still thriving all thanks to him!!! Unfortunate I do not remember his name, because he was wonderful and whatever they're paying him he needs a raise! Passionate and knowledgeable workers are immeasurably valuable to a business. It was an exceptional experience and we will definitely be back!

We were offered free delivery for the inconvenience, which we appreciated--but unfortunately, the issue continued. When we called again Tuesday, we were told the delivery was now pushed back to the 24th. This has been a very frustrating experience with poor communication and inconsistent information. It seems like there is a lack of organization between staff and delivery scheduling. I hope management takes steps to improve communication so future customers don't have the same experience.
