This is typically one of my favorite Peddlers Malls and I stop here frequently for auction pickups ... however, today I received customer service that should be reserved for Taco Bell on a late shift or just not at all. There was a gentleman working with 2 elderly ladies, nice at first. The guy was beyond pissed just for being employed and working, he truly hates life and my wife and I left bc of his disposition and one other lady. Your average potpourri of booths. From crafts to collectibles even some close outs. Not many antiques. I found a few albums at reasonable prices. There was a light bustling crowd but fast service. Great place for browsing. read more

I have been there several time to look for interesting items. I have found some cute decor items and a vintage sewing machine. There is not a huge variety of items but it's not bad for a small town like Frankfort. read more

Can I just say how appalled I am to even have to be writing this. I went here just to shop around as one does. They had a case full of specimens, things in jars, preserved etc. I displayed interest in a preserved kitten in a jar. I asked one of the 4 ladies (eating pizza) at the front desk how much it was. She told me 100 and I said I really want it but I wont spend that much today I'll pass. The woman ringing me up (still eating pizza) then proceeded to tell me I was sick in the head for wanting to buy something like that. I was genuinely shocked because excuse me? I am a customer and here you are insulting me? The other ladies were looking at her like yikes someone stop her but no one did. I will NEVER come here again. I strongly believe she was also on drugs just based off her appearance and behavior. They have lost a customer for sure. The whole place didn't have much of value anyway. read more

I've shopped here for years and love spending some free time there to look through all the well stocked booths. From antiques, to housewares, tools, and furniture, I am always surprised and pleased to find something I need, want and/or didn't know I needed or wanted lol. Just last week my nephew was looking for a tool that wasn't easy to find and was able to find it there for a fraction of the big box store cost. He was happy! Love this Peddler's Mall and their staff! The manager Brian is always professional, friendly, and all about customer service. read more

I found this Peddlers Mall to be a delightful surprise. Right off of I-64. Big. And a very diverse bunch of booths. A little bit of everything, as far as we could see. Modern, mid-century, antiques, small wares. Yeah, there are a few t-shirt booths, but they are the exception to the rule. We had a blast! Brian and Ava were both super friendly. read more

Today my parents purchased a bedroom suite and a few other items, spending over $1000. My father who is 81 and has a pacemaker parked in the fire lane to load up the furniture. The short woman with black hair made him move his truck out of the fire lane. So he had to move the heavy antique furniture across the parking lot in the heat. She would not help, told them she did not have anyone to help and then refused to let them pick the furniture up on Saturday when they could get some help from their kids. We all work, but had made plans to help them on Saturday. My mom is legally blind and uses a walker. The hateful woman barked at her to move away from her because she stuff to do and my mom was in her space and that people had to stay 6 feet apart. Seriously! My eighty-one-year-old parents are moving heavy furniture by themselves while she watches and then when my mom was dragging a piece because it was too heavy to move the woman yelled in her horrible barking voice from across the store at my mom "not to scratch the floor". They had to make 2 trips on the second trip there was a vehicle in the fire lane, obviously people she knew as she was laughing with them, there were four of them, all of whom which my parents had to move around to get the rest of their furniture. This evening my dad is dizzy and my mom feels like she has pulled something in her stomach. What kind of place is this that treats customers this way?? This specific peddlers mall is over priced garbage. The only positive thing I can say about this place is the homemade candles are great but they will no longer be receiving my business. The two cashiers(not sure of their names) the blonde short hair woman and the man with the ear piercings were extremely rude to my family. They also had a 70$ dollar lamp that was broke in several places. When questioned about this they stated they do not control what is set up. So you're telling me someone can set up a booth and sell all broken things just because they pay to have a booth? Not worth the trip. I used to be a frequent shopper trying to give this place a chance but like I said over priced junk every time. read more

This Peddlers mall is more of a complete junk store combined with booths that basically sell new products. Most items were very redundant I.E. Candles, DVDs, Books, Clothing. Basically variety isn't what they do there. It had been a bit since I had been to any Peddlers mall and I can see now why that had been the case. Good luck finding any Gems or hard to find Treasures. It's just not that type of store. Honestly, I won't be back to this location any time soon if ever again. read more

We are visiting from Georgia and decided to stop in. We were looking for a 1963 Kentucky Derby glass for my wife. We saw one that was marked 1963 for 50 bucks. The gentleman assured us that it was indeed a 1963 glass. Although the price was a bit high, we bought it. Within 10 mins, we found another booth with the exact same glass that was marked 1964 for 20 bucks and a correct 1963 glass marked for 30 bucks. Since all merchandise was purchased at the front counter, I asked if I could exchange the glasses. I was told that there are no exchanges or refunds. We will not ever bother to shop there again. I do like walking around and looking at everything and finding the occasional gem. Have found several nice things. However, the staff are the rudest bunch of people ever!! They are NEVER friendly and act like they hate their job. It's a good thing the money doesn't all go to them because I'd never buy anything in there if that was the case. Those employees need to take a class in customer service! read more
