The vibes tanked, the direction felt aimless, and it became pretty clear something was seriously off behind the scenes. Don't sit here and act like this is just "the next chapter." Be real. You had something incredible, and somehow managed to run it into the ground. People showed up for the mission, for the team, and for the community. But instead of transparency or accountability, we get a carefully packaged farewell post like everything's fine? It's not fine. This didn't have to happen.
