Her main photo - FAKE. This room was NOT designed by her. This is a stock image. The photographer is based out of Poland.

Sad I have to write this review, because Francesca seems like a really nice person. That being said, I learned that this business is very dishonestly run and possibly fraudulent. I chose this company over others based solely on the Yelp photos, as there were 0 reviews at the time. But I recently learned that unfortunately, the photos you see on Yelp are NOT designed by her or this company. Almost all of them are stock images, taken from photographers based in other countries. Francesca purchased the copyrights for these and writes captions explaining that she designed these homes, which is not true. If you do a reverse Google image search for the photos she has uploaded, you can see the true source of the images. She writes that she "stages over 100 homes per month," which is obviously fake. If you stage over 100 homes per month, why can't you upload more real images of the homes YOU designed? If you're a reputable and experienced designer, why are almost all of these images purchased from Stock photo websites? Francesca, if I had known all of these images were NOT designed by you, I would have gone with a different designer! Putting fake photos up is plagiarizing others work, and unfair to other interior designers who have worked so hard to get beautiful photos of homes. If it wasn't for the fraudulent photos, I'd give her a 3 out of 5. I was actually really happy with her service at first, because she had amazing ideas and sent me beautiful photos visualizing the outcome would look like. Her great ideas didn't really materialize though, because the end result wasn't exactly what I wanted/expected. I needed a 2 person desk that could fit a desktop computer and the desk ended up being a 12 inch wide desk "shelf". When I said it wouldn't work, she basically blamed it on me, saying "we agreed on the measurements" but really I put my trust in her and had her choose measurements she thought would be best for the situation. There's no desktop computer in the world that would fit on a desk that short. She told me it "wasn't possible" to have a larger solid wood desk built, and I was charged to replace it with a cheap plastic desk. Francesca told me I should take out the existing shelves in my closet and rebuild them from scratch. I told her that the new shelves could not block the door per the building code. She designed the layout of the new closet, and her "carpenter" Derek installed them. We noticed immediately that the shelves blocked the door. Instead of re-doing the shelves, Derek removed one of the support beams closest to the door, making it much less stable. I was worried about how unstable and flimsy it seemed, but they told me it would be fine. Two weeks after I moved into the apartment, in the middle of the night, all of the closet shelves literally RIPPED out of the wall, terrifying us, damaging our items and causing a huge mess. We noticed that the shelves were NOT even attached to the studs in the wall, they were literally screwed into the drywall. Her carpenter offered to fix the shelves for free, which was nice. When he was installing the new shelves in the closet, we noticed that he was again screwing them directly into the drywall. He told us he couldn't find the studs in the wall because of the paneling on the wall. My fiancé asked to borrow his stud finder, and immediately (within 10 seconds) found all of the studs in the wall. Thankfully he was there to catch this mistake, or we could have been dealing with the same issue again. While he was here, he also repositioned our countertop, which took him 5 minutes. When I asked what the charge would be, he said $250. For five minutes of work? When I asked Francesca why I was charged another $250, she actually got really upset at me and said "he's a carpenter so his rate is $150 per hour." Well actually, you guys told me he'd fix the desk & closet for free, and sent me an invoice showing that his rate is $25/hour. Do you guys just make up your rate as you go along? I really don't think Francesca's "carpenter" is a real carpenter, or he would have had the proper tools and known how to find studs and install closet shelves that don't rip out of the wall. There were other issues/red flags but I think you get the point. Francesca, and her carpenter/friend Derek both seem like really nice people, but I personally would not trust them in the future. Francesca mostly stopped replying and helping me after I paid her, even though the job wasn't done. Nothing is unique or special about the layout she did. Her great ideas didn't transfer to real life. She got mad at me when I brought up issues. And she has fake photos & fake reviews written by her. Basically it seems like a scam company. Because of their dishonesty, I feel like I wasted my $2,000.

When I got home to see my staged back yard, the slider door very difficult to open due to the metal rail out of the track. I took a video and called my real estate agent right away. It is 3 days to my house going live on the market and I have a door problem. The door has to be muscled shut so it had to be very obvious when they pulled it shut that something was wrong. The second is that they left my side gate propped open with a brick. When we got home, we did not see it was open. So our dog got out. It took us an hour driving 2 cars around the neighborhood before we found our dog. These two problems have created and will continue to create a lot of stress and expense that should not be.

I am convinced that her aesthetic work on the condo -- combined with a few refreshments that my contactor handled (fresh paint, new grout) -- elevated the realized sale price by multiple tens of thousands. Hiring Anna was the best expense I ever put into my home. I truly could not have found a better or friendlier stager for my first ever home sale. I found Anna through her 5-star Yelp reviews and her beautiful portfolio of past staging projects, and I saw her aesthetic (warm, modern, luxurious yet artistic, clean, bright) would suit my new-build modern condo and bring life into the space. So many designers are doing MCM or trendy vintage only, but Anna is truly versatile and knows how to amplify your space's existing virtues and maximize the home you have. When she was done staging my property, I was so in love with the space, I wanted to move back in and not sell it! In addition, Anna's price was more fair and competitive than any other stager I met with, and her team of movers were first-class professionals -- they completed the work in a quick one-day install and then completed a spotless removal once our sale closed. I didn't have to do anything to supervise (I was already out of state and my amazing real estate broker coordinated the whole project with Anna). More importantly, Anna generated desire and dreaminess for the home, which resulted in a realized sale price that exceeded my hopes. I truly cannot recommend Anna enough -- if I had another home to sell, or even a space to decorate, I would hire Anna again in a heartbeat and recommend her to all my friends. Talent, professionalism, a gifted aesthetic eye, and an unbeatable inventory of modern furniture and props -- Anna runs a gorgeous staging business and I feel so lucky she worked on my home.

I'm a realtor and my client's were doing a 1031X and right before the holidays....the staging company cancelled last minute when we had only 3 days before our listing was going on the market...mind you, right before NYE... I found Scribe staging by chance by looking online. They worked with our concierge team....THEY WENT OUT THE NEXT MORNING to assess and they started the staging the same day.....THE SAME DAY! They asked my advice on what I wanted and because the unit was less than 1k sq. ft. I wanted to make sure that we went with the minimalist approach yet keep it cozy. They did just that..... I always say staging helps tremendously, and this one...we received offers within 24 hrs of being on the market and had OVER 200 showings in a week. Needless to say, we closed over asking, quickly, and it was so smooth I'm still in shock and in big part to Scribe. The biggest take away was how on point Donn and his team were. They were easy to communicate with, they were quick, professional, and even after they left, they still followed up. Their pricing is very reasonable considering the customer service you receive......better than the high end staging companies I have worked with. Would I recommend them? ABSOLUTELY! Exceptional experience. Thank you Donn and team for the outstanding work.
