My experience with them was absolutely horrible. Liana was my Stager (We really can Not call her designer, because she is NOT). I hired her because of these good reviews. But from start to end, Liana didn't pay much attention to decorating our house. In fact, she was rude and unprofessional. Liana is not detail oriented at all. I was very disappointed about her staging. She used very cheap looking furniture and decor. The way she decorated didn't emphasize how a house will look better. It was so bad after the initial staging, I had to ask her to remove a ugly rug in kitchen, I personally changed how the sofas are placed because it was so ugly, and asked her to put in a little more decor on kitchen counter and bathroom and arts in wall. Yet She only brought in a few. I ended up spending close to $1000 to buy my own decorations to make the house look like it's actually staged. Liana was also very rude. Because she forgot to bring some decor items as we agreed, I asked her to bring over as agreed. She then delay the delivery and say she doesn't have time. And call my realtor to come pick up. We are all busy and who has the time to do her work for her? My realtor really felt bullied and disgusted. She and this compand was difficult to deal with. I Absolutely do NOT RECOMMEND! I use Yelp a lot. But after using this company, I start to think some business cheat and buy their good reviews. Really great experience from start to finish with Patty and Raffi. As a Realtor, many staging companies vy for your business, so it's easy to get inundated with too many stagers trying to get your business. I recently sold a home that had been completely remodeled, stem to stern. My client had gone way over her budget with the remodel, but knew how important it was to stage the property to get the most return that she could. After meeting a couple stagers, Patty's vision for the property really made the property pop. The use of colors palettes and motifs in individual rooms really impressed me, and it displayed well the versatility that the house could offer a buyer. The installing crew were great. These aren't typical movers. There were no floor or wall scuffs, they just loaded in and loaded out and set everything up very quickly. When it came time to sell my house I had so many things I knew I had to do but staging wasn't one of them. Then a friend of mine dropped by and saw my empty house and mentioned there's a local company that does a great job at decorating houses to make them look more presentable to potential buyers and it wouldn't hurt giving them a call and asking for a price quote.
