This was my first time visiting and I had a really nice time. They have a variety of activities to do such as golf, bowling, arcade games, rides for kids , laser tag and go cart rides. I stopped at the bar and ordered something light truffle fries I give it a 10. I also tried the nachos and they were good too I give it a 10 too. The staff were super nice . My favorite part was the go cart ride it was so thrilling and long, I will make a special trip back to Charlotte just to go to this place. My fiancé and I brought our family to Frankie's for family night. Needless to say we all throughly enjoyed ourselves and our children did not want to leave. The food, atmosphere and staff were all nice and friendly! Our food was delicious! We ordered the buffalo wings (very crunchy) 10/10, fries (kids loved them), fried mozzarella sticks (delicious) 10/10, pizza and hot dog ( kids loved both). This Frankie's is super large and even though the parking lot looked packed the inside was very spacious. All the game machines worked and were clean. This place is a hit or miss. First time there was ok, little crazy but expected. Overpriced and the food was so disappointing and left scammed (see pic) the "chicken" wrap literally had one strip in it and a bunch of lettuce. No flavor and it was like eating a lettuce wrap with a small side of ranch. Do better Frankie's The second time, horrible experience, my son was harassed and yelled at by staff then security started with the BS. I want to love this place. But there is always some drama with some know it all teenager. No one under 16 should be allowed in the place without a parent after 8pm. It's convenient and centrally located and has good vibes. I wish there was more space in between bowling lanes I feel like we are on top of each other. The female bartender that was there Friday evening was not friendly at all the customer service sucked. The two waiters that look our orders are twins, they served us while we bowled was really cool and offered great service. They were the only highlight of the night. They need to change music up at 8/9 on a Friday. I will give them another try. read more

The owner was kind until I sought medical attention. His insurance was unprofessional and accusatory. They paid the amount my insurance didn't cover. read more

Frankie's of Charlotte is an amazing fun park right outside of Charlotte North Carolina. The fun park has everything from amusement rides, go karts, arcade, bowling and much more. The park was not busy, We went on Wednesday, October 11, 2023. The place is really easy to navigate. You also just put money on a card and you spend that money on everything. So if, You put $30.00 on a card and something is $8.00 then the money will take $8.00 from $30.00. They do not do combo packages etc for the attractions. Frankie's provided amazing customer service to me and my friend during our visit. The ride operators was amazing and the front desk had smiles the entire time we was talking to them. The place will felt really welcoming and happy atmosphere to visit. They have many rides and attractions. From a drop tower to a swinging pendulum ride that goes upside down. The mini golf was huge and very well theme to pirates and many go kart tracks. The arcade is also very big and a lot of variety of games to play. They have everything that you need for family fun for all ages of your group. We did not do the bowling or restaurant during our visit. The place was very clean and even the bathrooms. The place was not busy during our stay so maybe that's also a reason. You did see the staff cleaning the arcade games the entire time I was there so it does seem like cleanest is a huge factor for Frankie's. Incredibly rude staff who acted annoyed to even be there, much less provide any service (if we could even find them. The special events office is usually unstaffed). Hoodlums cursing in front of my children, rudely pushing their way in, and verbally accosting parents of disabled children. Did not feel safe and especially wondered about the "family" atmosphere when metal detectors were used. I did not know about the previous shooting there and will never return. Subject: Extremely Disappointing Experience and Poor Customer Service I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service and lack of consideration we experienced during our visit on Monday. My family and I spent over $600, including over $200 on adult drinks, roughly $200 on food, and another $200 on games. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by the poor handling of a simple issue that could have been easily resolved with better customer service. While paying for golf, an adult beverage that had just been purchased was knocked over by a water bottle as we were exchanging money with the cashier. When we approached the manager about this incident, hoping for a simple resolution, we were met with extreme rudeness. Despite the bartender's awareness of the situation and her willingness to offer another drink in light of the money we had spent and the generous tip given, the manager refused to consider our request. They even mentioned having reviewed the tape, but their response was that they "could care less" about the customer service aspect or the fact that the drink was knocked over without a single sip taken. The dismissive and disrespectful attitude we encountered was completely unacceptable. We felt that our patronage and the substantial amount we spent were entirely disregarded. This experience has left us with a very negative impression, and we will not be returning. It is the worst customer service we have ever encountered. We hope that this feedback is taken seriously and that improvements are made to ensure that other customers do not have to endure such a disappointing experience. read more

We had a great time, some things were closed due to the weather, however there was PLENTY of things to do! Bumper cars, mini golf, laser tag, so many games, bowling, and so much more. The food was really good and fresh, the staff was so friendly. We really enjoyed ourselves. I do feel like they need a better selection of prizes, there wasn't really much to choose from, but other than that I think they deserve 5stars. Family Funday at Frankie's!! We decided to get out and have some fun and this was the perfect place. This was our first time visiting so we had to ask for assistance with the process of loading the card and purchasing rides and playing games. Frankie's don't use tokens like most arcade game rooms. You load money onto a debit card and swipe to play. The prices are listed on each game and near the rides. The prices vary from $1.00 to $8.00 so I suggest walking through the arcade room and find the games and rides you want to purchase. We really enjoyed the Putt-Putt area and the Go-karts! Most of our time was spent in those areas. They also have a bowling alley, full bar and concessions. This is definitely a hidden gem and maybe hard to find. The GPS will get you close but its tucked away on a back road in Huntersville. Look for the sign and remember it's on the Right!!! Have fun and Enjoy!! read more

Fun, fun, fun! Our newly minted 12 year old wanted to give this new spot a try to celebrate his last year before becoming a teen. When you drive up, you're greeted by a massive structure and many outdoor fun activities that catch your eye and build the excitement. The first task is to get or reload your game cards. We put $30 on each card for our sons and that proved to be an ample amount. We started with the outdoor go carts. Pretty impressive. There are three different tracks. I couldn't quite make out what the distinction was but I do know that you must be 16 years old to use one of the tracks. We headed to the very last track that permitted our 12 and 15 year olds to drive independently. You can pick individual or paired cars. The course had a few fun turns and lasted several minutes for the $8 fee. Our boys did the track twice. There are a few other outdoor activities that the rain prohibited us from enjoying. There's mini golf and this contraption that spins you 360 degrees and inverts you. Rain was an excellent excuse, I mean reason, not to ride that one! Back inside, there are several things to choose from for both kiddies, teens and adults. Bowling, laser tag, a virtual reality game and a full arcade await you inside. There's even a cafe where weary adults can hang out and grab a bite. The food was just "okay". We had habanero and honey wings and fries. The wings were obviously frozen and then baked. Perhaps the pizza or burger might have been better options. Like Chuck E Cheese and Dave and Buster's, no arcade fun is complete without hitting the spot to redeem your "tickets". Our boys were a little disappointed with the values assigned to goodies but they managed to find a few things for a loot bag. One thing I enjoyed... if you needed help like we did at the card loading kiosk, there are several Target-like red shirt employees walking around to help you. 4/29/24 I'm a Firm believer in customer service! Customer service is always the impactful decision on if you'd like to return or not. You'd expect good customer service and great engagement from a family friendly establishment but me and my family was given the opposite. We were a total of 9 (4 Kids/5 Adults) excited to bowl. Our experience started off so good as Keicha at the register attended to us with patience and great positive vibes. After she gave us our lane numbers we walked towards it and to our surprise the sitting area of both lanes has not been cleaned and we found a dirty latex glove just sitting there. This is where our experience took a turn for the worst because we tried to get any team members attention but no success. We then see supervisor Kaleigh leaning against the wall of the kitchen entryway, we tried to get her attention by waving at her and calling out for her as we walked towards her. Kaleigh looked directly at us and ignored us as she walked inside the kitchen and came back out the kitchen still not acknowledging our concerns. I had to walk back to the register area with KEICHA and asked for our lanes to be switched. KEICHA graciously did just that with no problems also advised us she wished she could have given us any lanes of our choosing but there was only one server named Derrick. As we sat in our new clean lanes we notice a lot of time has passed and we have yet to see our server Derrick to place our orders. I look around to see who can help us only to see Kaleigh leaning on the same wall again. At this point I walked over again to KEICHA's counter and asked to speak to a manager to fully understand why did we deserve this horrible customer service. The problem here is the terrible customer service. It was my first and last time here. Just entering into Frankies you go through an aggressive pat down and even wanding. I was wondering was this a "fun park" or a prison? Then the place is insanely expensive. Finally, the deal breaker for me was the rudeness of the staff. Most of the staff are teenagers probably making that North Carolina style $7.50 minimum wage but the rudeness came from the Manager Terelle and the other Manager whose name escapes me. She was a muscular white lady. Never again. Dave and Buster is much better and far more affordable. read more
