The Country School's culture is one of acceptance and nurturing. The emphasis on character building is just as important as academics. The small size of the school and classes makes this all possible and successful. The faculty is amazing. Every child is treated as an individual and taught in the same manner. I feel very fortunate to be able to drop my children off at school in the morning and have no worries of the bullying and harassment that my daughter experienced in Madison a Public School.

They have benefits every summer (or used to, at least) and koi ponds in the lobbies. Everything was immaculate and, though they were awful at basketball, I still left jealous of almost everything about the place. I wouldn't send my kids here (one day) even if I could afford it, but it's certainly an excellent option. Lust-inducing, plain & simple.

Though this could be seen as an expense to the parents, this is one way to bridge the gap between the rich and the poor. I guess this logic would work in a public school and not a private one, as only rich parents would be able to afford a private school. The school is in a residential community that causes inconvenience to the neighbors but the school is able to build a good rapport with the neighbors by hiring staff to guide traffic during busy hours. There is a lot of focus on religion in the school. If the school plans to build on diversity, this would be a good time to educate kids on different religions with primary focus on Christianity (catholic).
