Cheaper than going to the Lexus dealership for breaks! Highly recommend. Smart service techs, clean facilities and friendly service.

I have used Firestone for over 15 years. They have serviced my entire families cars. They always…read moreget me in relatively quick and are always helpful. It's best to make an appointment and be able to wait or drop off your vehicle. Their prices may seem higher than express oil change, but you get what you pay for. I recommend them if you want a company to maintain your car without worry. They serviced my Camaro from 2015-2025 until I sold it. We had to take my daughter's car in the other day for regular maintenance and tire replacement. They were professional got us in and out relatively fast.

A technician at Firestone on 280 just tried to scam my wife! She had a screw in her tire, but was…read moreassured over the phone that it could be patched. Mind you this is fairly new tire already. She made an appointment, but on arrival and after about an hour waiting, a technician tells her that the tire cannot be repaired because their was a puncture on the interior wall... This was I lie. I inspected the tire myself. The technician then proceeds to try to sell her a new tire for $500. She declines the sale and comes home. I told her to call NTB a few doors down. They invited her to come in, and subsequently repaired the tire for under $30, and in less than an hour! Shame on them! Y'all beware out here. Hardworking folks out here, not wanting anything but to be treated fairly and this is what we get. We've been loyal customers for years... Not anymore!

I want to start this off by saying they have been great folks to work with over the years. I spent…read morea lot of money and worked with them almost exclusviely with both of my families cars. But my last exerience was one that I cannot help but be infuratied by. I had an issue where my 2012 Highlander AC went out in July and it was $2700.00 to fix. So I agreed and they did the work. When I took the car in the heater worked fine and prior to the AC going out the temperature control worked without any issues. They "fixed" the AC and it blew ice cold which was great for July. I noticed immediately that you couldn't regulate the temperature at all but life was busy and in hindsight I should have turned right around and took it back in. Fast forward two months when I had a blowout, I took it back in and alerted them to the issue's (no temp control and heater is out). They mulled it over and said it was a completely different issue and wanted another $2700. If they had test run the system after "fixing" the AC, they would have noticed something was off. Or maybe they did and just pushed it out anyways? They claim to warrenty their work but that didn't hold up here either. No attempt whatsoever to meet me in the middle. Nothing except a "sorry, completely different issue so another $2700.00". Not a good look Rob'e Man's.
