I want to start this off by saying they have been great folks to work with over the years. I spent a lot of money and worked with them almost exclusviely with both of my families cars. But my last exerience was one that I cannot help but be infuratied by. I had an issue where my 2012 Highlander AC went out in July and it was $2700.00 to fix. So I agreed and they did the work. When I took the car in the heater worked fine and prior to the AC going out the temperature control worked without any issues. They "fixed" the AC and it blew ice cold which was great for July. I noticed immediately that you couldn't regulate the temperature at all but life was busy and in hindsight I should have turned right around and took it back in. Fast forward two months when I had a blowout, I took it back in and alerted them to the issue's (no temp control and heater is out). They mulled it over and said it was a completely different issue and wanted another $2700. If they had test run the system after "fixing" the AC, they would have noticed something was off. Or maybe they did and just pushed it out anyways? They claim to warrenty their work but that didn't hold up here either. No attempt whatsoever to meet me in the middle. Nothing except a "sorry, completely different issue so another $2700.00". Not a good look Rob'e Man's. read more

The entire process for having my 2013 Acura ILX serviced was wonderful! I inquired about front axles through the website. All of my questions were answered & I felt great about having my car serviced at Rob'e Man. I have never had my car serviced outside of the Honda/Acura dealership. The price was extremely reasonable compared to Honda/Acura. Rob'e Man saved me over $1000. They were able to get the parts and install them within a week of my initial inquiry. Honda/Acura needed a minimum of 4 weeks and encouraged me to 'drive like a grandma' until they could get the parts in hand. I did 'drive like a grandma' from Huntsville to Homewood and had my car repaired with Rob'e Man. I was back on 65N heading to Huntsville within 2 hours of my arrival. My son is going to UAB and his car broke down. He took his 2006 civic here and the priced him $629 to install a alternator. That is extremely high The labor for that job is only about 1 Hr. You can buy a brand new altenators all day long for for between 100 to 150 I would never use this shop or recommend it to anyone. May do hood work, I don't know but the price he quoted my son is 2 to 3 times higher than other shops read more

Unfortunately in the end, it turned out to be bad head gaskets at an expense I was not willing to put into the car.
