Well they get there and no room. They spent a couple nights in a room with no water that was next to a laundry room. Food ran out. They saw a guy die on the beach and no defibrillator, and staff was casually indifferent. An absolute nightmare and ripoff vacation package. They should have been refunded. This office seemed SHOCKED any issues. Well, they were supposed to vet the trip. My friends travel a lot and this trip scared them from ever going to the Caribbean again. Side swiped another car. Nothing major. My car has been in the shop just under two months now…read morebecause Allstate is not letting the body shop order me new parts. They are opting for after-market parts which are harder to find. This is at least part of the reason I haven't had a vehicle in so long. Allstate only pays for a rental car for 30 days. Took 67 days to get my car back. I paid about $1500 out of pocket for rentals. Allstate effectively bankrupted me. Worst insurance company ever.
