Just this evening they had a movie night where they tapped into power from the basement to run the projector and power for the inflatable screen. They also turned of the exterior lights for half the complex so they could see the movie better. This made it hazardous for other residents to venture outside to walk there pets when they could see for lack of lighting.

I actually feel bad, bec my new upstairs neighbors aren't even that loud, but I can sincerely hear every word they say, and every creaky step they make when they walk. Worst of all, this isn't a safe or peaceful place. My vehicle was vandalized today for the FOURTH time in 8 months. I have walked up on this nightmare neighbor breaking into cars and digging through the dumpsters. Management promised to install cameras 8 months ago when my storage locker got broken into and out things stolen. But they'd couldn't care less, and the regional manager Jennifer took 3 months to even call me back, claiming she was too busy. I love this town and being close to the school is super important, but quality of life and serenity at home is a must!! And this company simply does not care.
