On a daily basis we deal with NO hot water and today we are dealing with NO heat!! Friedman Realty is well aware of this situation and they have known about it for a while. They continue to band aid the heater system and do not spend any money to replace the heater system! This is not the first winter we have had to deal with this issue. Apparently, the heater system that we currently has, is working for more than 1 building and it is not adequate to heat all of the apartments! I hope and pray that Mr. Friedman will finally spend the money and purchase us a new heater and a new hot water heater!!! And it needs to be big enough to supply hot water for all of the apartments!!!!

I am sorry to say the Friedman Realty Group always there employees that stay on property to ignore leasing agreements that they hold their tenants to. Just this evening they had a movie night where they tapped into power from the basement to run the projector and power for the inflatable screen. They also turned of the exterior lights for half the complex so they could see the movie better. This made it hazardous for other residents to venture outside to walk there pets when they could see for lack of lighting.

The back of his business card states that"the finest compliment I can ever receive is aa referral from my friends and clients"- REALLY?- you must be kidding!
