Horrible customer service. I ordered pavers from this company for $2000. They came in 3 sizes on…read morepallets. The sizes did not make a rectangle, so after receiving, I asked them what patterns the pavers could be laid in. They told me to pick out one of the patterns on the the manufacturer's web site, which we did. The pattern used equal amounts of each size, which we followed. Two thirds through the job, we ran out of the medium size, and had way too many of the large size. We asked them to exchange them. They refused and said they would not take back the excess large size, and we would have to order 2 and 1/2 more pallets including all the excess sizes just to get the needed amount of the medium size. This would have been another $1500, and we would have almost two pallets of extra pavers. We also then learned that the pallets did not come in equal amounts of each size and they never told us that until afterwards. Bottom line, they sell by the pallet, with an odd amount of the different sizes. RUN to another store. To add insult to injury, the sand that they sold me stained the pavers.

Here's a place that sells rocks for signs for Gardens for whatever. I have been there a number of…read moretimes and cannot get any help whatsoever. I was looking for a large Rock to create a sign for a business and willing to spend a thousand $1,500 for and could not get any help. By time I found somebody to talk to they took my information down and I left hoping they would call me in the next day or two, I waited a week no answer. The bottom line is I went back 2 or 3 times and still couldn't get any answers. They even went as far as having a guy out of Idaho Falls send me pictures of The Rock's a hat. I text them back with questions and never got an answer on one question. I am now looking in Boise for a rock and I will pay to have it shipped to Twin Falls. I have no idea how they stay in business.

I rented a tow behind bucket lift. It had a jack on the front of the unit which had been installed…read moreextremely crooked. Making it so difficult and time consuming to remove it from your vehicle. The parking brake on the unit was not even hooked up. So it was impossible to lock brake in place to keep unit stationary to assist in loading and unloading with the jack. The whole unit was in horrible shape, very beat up. I rented for 1 whole day. However due to windy conditions I had to use it into the next day. I returned the unit 41 minutes past the 4 hour mark. I explained the situation with the jack, and lack of brake was the reason for a fair portion of the time overage. The manager Jason told me "sorry it's still past the half day. So it's another full day charge." I requested he look at the hour meter on the machine to see I hadn't used it for even one full day. And asked if they could give any consideration because of the condition of their set up on the machine. Jason replied "nope, it's just another day charge." So they dinged me for two full days and two full damage waiver charges. To make thing worse after they charged me for 2 days. I got to thinking after I left the store. I called them and told them I would come back and pick the machine up so I could use it for the time they had charged me for. And return it the next morning at the time of the 2 day total. To possibly do another job and recoup some of the funds. Jason the manager replied "NO you are done, you won't ever rent here again." I seriously recomend people consider looking else where to rent equipment in Twinfalls. It seems Renter center has terribly gone down hill, since Kim sold the place.

these guys are very incompetent and unprofessional. I called ahead of time to ensure they had an…read moreendless loop rigging strap. I was sold two straps that were not endless loops. I put the straps in the back of my truck and went out to use them mining, and when I opened the first one, it was not an endless loop strap. i kept the 2nd one in the plastic. When I went to return the unopened unit, (choosing to keel the opened strap to minimize inconvenienc) they told me because they had been in the back of my truck, They would not take them even though they sold me an item I didn't ask for. They told me @we didn't tell you to put them in the back of huge truck". Childish an unprofessional. That said they have an impressive array of rigging supplies. here's a picture from this morning of the alleged grease ball. Your staff informed you incorrectly. I was clear from the beginning that I wanted 2 in 2 ply endless loops. They attempted to sell me on a poly coated option that would not work for my use which I clearly told them was the case. Now you are attempting to make more excuses for your mistake. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I would highly suggest never going to be an employee for triple C concrete. Daycare very little…read moreabout your family or what you have going on, all they care about is that you drive nonstop. They don't give you the adequate time in between chefs as they are required to do. These drivers are tired and worn out and they could care less about their safety as long as they're concrete getting moved. Stay clear of triple C concrete.
