It worked fine initially, then began to have a glitch, which I wanted him to look at. Upon checking it out, Jon offered to refund part of my money, but I wouldn't let him. He took more of his valuable time at no charge to try to find the issue. *But being an autobody shop, he doesn't have the proper diagnostic tool needed. He gave me sound advice on how to proceed should I want/need to. I appreciate the quality work he did in replacing the latch.
