I would like to state Dr.Smith (female dentist) was amazing! She answered any and all questions I had and was super sweet. I would happily see her at another location! She was able to "fix" what she could with the situation and I'm super happy I was able to be seen by her on my last visit. I came to this specific location because they were able to see me quickly. I had a concern about my two front teeth that have been filled in for over 10 years and wanted to see what could be done about the discoloration and chipping that I was experiencing. I was able to get a cleaning and see a dentist the very next day. When I came back for the procedure, I was placed with the male dentist. He left my teeth feeling super rough, wonky, and didn't match their original shape. I wanna make it known that I spoke to him before this procedure about my concerns because they were working on my two front teeth. I stated to him that I knew eventually I would need veneers or something more permanent, but wanted to get them just filled for now. He suggested looking on Instagram to look at cosmetic dentists work which seemed super unprofessional to me as well as the majority of the staff at this location. I would highly suggest just finding somewhere else to go. I would've wait months to be seen by someone if I would've know my experience was gonna go the way it did. read more

We started the process of trying to get a tooth pulled in January of 2025. It is now May and the tooth is still not pulled. They call to reschedule apartments that were already rescheduled. They let you show up and tell you it's canceled. They are terrible and the reception is ignorant when you bring up the fact that it is taking 5 months of rescheduling to get something done, regardless of how polite you address their incompetencies. read more

One the only places that accepts peach state insurance. Did that give them the right to be rude to my child? They walked off and starting talking about my child saying "what guy would even give her that ring, I bet it ain't even real, and who would want to be with her?" What kind of place talks about children like this? They were very rough while cleaning her teeth and just rude in general. The only person in back that was nice to her was the dentist. This workplace is really unprofessional and disorganized. During our initial visit with a young child, the wait time exceeded 3 hours. Additionally, the front office workers demonstrated a lack of accountability, professionalism, and tact. On our second visit, we rescheduled for an early morning appointment. However, when we arrived, the front office personnel informed us that our daughter's paperwork, which contained personal information, had been misplaced, lost, or destroyed before being scanned into her medical record. Although she did not express worry, she asserted that she lacked authority over the matter because they attend to 80 people daily and my case is not exceptional.I sympathize with everyone who has undergone a comparable encounter. I'm not satisficed at all with this place. My son came in to get a filling and it's been a ongoing process from there. I had to bring him back into the office due to not being able to put pressure on the area that was filled. The dentist looked over area and corrected and stated if any more problems call the number which he gave my son after second visit. Well guess what it's still a problem which I'm passing over to legal council at this point. You call numbers no answer and they don't call back and not only that at the time of visit no one is able to speak with the dentist only by message. This is not how to conduct business but oh I forgot yes it is for you all. I know guidelines are set in place but when we need to speak with someone that is having an emergency then what, just put then off till you all feel the need to call. This place is not professional they get confuse with your child's chart ,they came in for a cleaning 6 months check up ok now they said both of them have cavities . The 11yr old was supposedly had 1, and the 3yrs old had 2 very little cavities. so they gave me appointment for them to come back the 11yr old comes back first she gets in the room and they said we have to pull your back tooth because your adult teeth is trying to come in. I said wait what happened to the cavity ya'll said she had, they said it was not a cavity we need to pull this tooth but the appointment was for her to come back and get the cavity fixed . My 3yrs old grandson comes back for his appointment a week later, and they said we took care of that when he came for his cleaning. How is that possible and you told me we cleaned his teeth, he just have to come back to get his 2 fillings done . So we made a trip for nothing , if they had put fillings in his mouth they should have told me . Thry should have told be this information but they didn't .They just lied to me right in my face, and my 11yr old told me they didn't even clean her teeth they just put toothpaste on it and wiped it .I'm leaving this dentist and I wouldn't even let my dog go to this dentist. Plus ,for it to be a lot of children going to this dentist they also treat grown adults too. So I'm removing my grandkids from this dentist. I will not recommend anyone to this place,and it's not very clean niether .If they have zero Stars that's what I would put. bad place please do not go I do not recommend it. read more
