Dr…read more Lisenby and his crew of experienced staff have really done a tremendous job of helping me get my teeth back aligned the way I'd like them to be. I shopped at another orthodontic clinic (Spillers) and Dr Lisenby is so much better at listening to me as a patient and adapting his overall plan to my requests as his patient. I feel strongly about not putting micro-plastics in my body and expressed to Dr. Gordon at Spiller's that I didn't want plastic Invisalign parts in my body because of my concerns about exposure to micro plastics. And Spillers's Orthodontics was not willing to accommodate my concerns about micro plastics and were not willing to apply the old-school "train tracks" braces that are made from metal and not from plastics. Dr. Gordon at Spillers's told me that I would have to wear a plastic piece in my mouth for the rest of my life to keep my lower teeth in line. But, that's not something that I wanted. And I'm really grateful to Dr. Lisenby for being kind enough and considerate enough to let me use the old-school method which would pretty much eliminate my exposure to micro plastics through orthodontics. I'm really glad I went with Dr. Lisenby instead of Spillers's. And I would recommend Dr. Lisenby to any of my friends and family. So, a big thanks to Lisenby Orthodontics!

Took my grandson here for the first time today and it is amazing! The dental hygienists and the dentist were kind, gentle, and explained things well, not just to me but to my 5 year old grandson, easing his worries until he lost his death grip on the dental chair! He got a bag of goodies and got to choose a prize from the machine, which he loved. As soon as we got in the car, he asked when he can go back again! We had no wait time at all, which is great when you're with kids. The reception area is large and has magazines and a tv. The receptionist was welcoming, the hygienist was friendly and Dr. Megan was fantastic with my daughter. Dr. Megan was also great with me and addressed all my concerns, leting me watch closely while she cleaned my daughter's teeth and talked me through how everything looked. My daughter loved selecting a fun toothpaste flavor for the cleaning (cupcake was her choice) and picking her own movie to watch during it (Cinderella). Of course the prize at the end (and a Doc McStuffins sticker) were exciting for her too. All in all a really positive and great experience for all! I know she will actually look forward to her next trip here!

I was given the option of having a Covid test and I had it done and thankfully it was negative for all ailments. I left with 4 prescriptions and instructions to come back for a follow-up visit (at no cost) if I didn't feel better in a few days. I've used this facility about 3 times and have been very happy with the care I received and I would recommend them without hesitation. Certainly better than waiting in an ER for something that can be handled by an urgent care facility.

He has…read morealways greeted us with a smile, taken the time to ask how we're doing, and kindly and patiently listened and responded to all of our concerns, including treatment side effects, for our youngest son when he was a patient and my husband. Our eldest son and I usually saw one of the P.A's who was also very helpful, caring and attentive, but relocated to another city. Dr. Greenberg was very helpful even when it was not convenient to him. A few years ago, another doctor on a previous visit removed a mole from my husband as a skin cancer concern. A few days later it began to bleed and wouldn't stop. When my husband called from work that Friday he was told no one would be there to help that day, but when he drove in from work anyway, Dr. Greenberg immediately took care of him and stopped the bleeding. Dr. Greenberg's professionalism, integrity and genuine care mean the world to us when addressing family health concerns. We look forward to Dr. Judah Greenberg's continued care.

This is added stress to their situation to worry about paying bills sometimes especially within a specific time frame. Healthcare went down years ago. I updated this review for this facility from 1 star to 3 stars because I received a letter a few weeks later from someone who took the time to reach out and that was thoughtful, but I still have yet to go.
