Just about every major brand you can think of is here, making it easy to spend several hours shopping if that's your thing. The only downside is the layout. Instead of being designed so you can start at one end and work your way through the entire center--or follow a convenient loop--the stores are spread across multiple sections. We noticed a lot of people parking, visiting a few stores, then getting back in their cars to drive to another section and repeat the process. It doesn't make for the most efficient shopping experience. We happened to visit during a stretch of 100°+ temperatures, so walking from one section to another simply wasn't practical. We visited the stores we wanted to see, then called it a day. In cooler weather, it would be much easier to spend several hours exploring everything the outlets have to offer. Overall, the selection is outstanding. Whether you're looking for clothing, shoes, accessories, home goods, or specialty stores, chances are you'll find what you're looking for. Just plan ahead, wear comfortable shoes, and if you're visiting during the summer, be prepared to use your car to get between sections.

I continue to be impressed with the pure volume of stores and massive real estate it encompasses. I shopped dozens of stores from Gap, Polo, Nautica, American Eagle and many more. It ended up I only purchased from Nautica. I would recommend checking them out.

Common space was a mix of open and shaded area, mostly clean and well maintained. There were a good number of shops, but most of them were smaller in size and were carrying lesser number of products. While exploring the outlet, I walked into few stores but didn't find anything worth buying. The sales tax rate was also very high 12%. The food court was little sad. There were few different shops but most were abysmal. The dining hall was also underwhelming with old chair and tables. Overall I wasn't very impressed with the experience, and was one of the least exciting outlet mall I had visited.

(I hung both items back up neatly so it's not that i made a mess.) I didn't buy anything. In contrast, I got a lovely greeting at Donna Designs (and bought earrings), and struck up conversations with the staff at Outer Barks (bought a harness for my dog, and a T-shirt), as well as at Amity and Allie June (did not buy anything, but took their business card). I think I looked as well-dressed as the other customers at Barr-ee so maybe the staffer disliked my hat? My linen slacks? Too bad. I might've bought something but will not plan to be back. Came here on a Tuesday afternoon on the hunt for new shoes for my son for school. They were pretty…read morebusy. In fact, as we walked inside towards the back, my son got upset because he saw that the line was super long. After a verbal battle and 30 minutes of searching we took our shoes upfront to purchase and the line went down considerably. We did ask for help when we couldn't find a size we needed and one of the employees were super kind and helpful. The young man at the counter was super helpful trying to get me signed up for rewards to save myself 15% but it didn't work. No worries. Their prices were very reasonable.

The other thing is there is no bathroom. We got stuck in there during a really bad thunder and lightening storm and my niece had to use the restroom so we had to get soaking wet to leave to use a restroom. They are busy busy busy. I checked out a number of shops in Duck and was sorely disappointed. Most shirts were $20+ and/or had really lame designs. This shop allows you to pick a shirt of any color, choose your design, and have it imprinted...all for $11! The process only takes a few minutes. The owner was also super friendly and helpful in choosing the right combinations. I can't recommend this place enough!

I have to say, I showed up with my 3 kids hoping it'd be a quick in and out. Unfortunately the next size up was still too small. My daughter also has one foot larger than the other and we're trying to figure out big kid sizing or women's sizing... shoe fit, etc. Hannah spent about an HOUR with us trying to figure out the best shoe in style and fit for my daughter. My daughter also talks incessantly and I have 2 young boys. It was not an easy task but she helped us so cheerfully the entire time. I learned so much from talking with her about shoes and sizing. They also called the Williamsburg store for us to see if they had her size since my daughter was SO IN LOVE with these shoes. I was willing to drive since finding a good shoe in her size and preferences has been complicated. If it wasn't for her, I would not have been able to make it out of the store with shoes AND my sanity intact. I am so very grateful! Another gentleman processed our return/exchange and he was also wonderful! I missed his name but it's clear that this store hires well. I am from out of town. This is unacceptable behavior from a manager. There is no reason something couldn't have happened to refund me over the phone for their mistake. And then telling me I only have 14 days to go in person and get the money they stole. I will be contacting corporate 100% unacceptable.
