Charged me for wrong items making me pay more than twice the price of the item and refusing a refund over the phone while telling me we have 14 days to get a refund for THEIR mistake. I am from out of town. This is unacceptable behavior from a manager. There is no reason something couldn't have happened to refund me over the phone for their mistake. And then telling me I only have 14 days to go in person and get the money they stole. I will be contacting corporate 100% unacceptable. read more

This location is the Lions Tigers and Bears of all Polo Outlet locations! I visited because I wanted a pair of shorts that I saw at my local location. My local location only had them in 2 colors. This place had the shorts in 5 different colors! I'm upset that I didn't bring my big checkbook so I could buy more! Haha Nevertheless I did get my shorts and noticed that this place is huge, I mean huge! They have an adult side and a separate entrance for the Children's side. It's pretty nice to not have to share your space with children sometimes right? The staff here was very welcoming and nice. I definitely look forward to returning back and purchasing more things! Went to POLO outlet store to find something for my birthday. As I entered the store a tall, male employee greeted me. I knew exactly what wanted since I window shopped the week before. They did not have my size. I went to the other section to look at the other Polo shirt I was interested in as well. They have a nice 25% or 30% sale going on. The tall employee ( I now asked him his name) Mitchell if he could check in the back for a bigger size shirt. He checked and no larger size. He did recommend that I buy in store and he could order the larger size online for me. He told me it will be shipped directly to my home. I appreciate that he TOOK THE extra time to check in the back and online as well. He could have cared less like other employees at other stores would have done of the product wasn't available. Recently I was at the Williamsburg Ralph Lauren Polo outlet store, I noticed the numerous bright yellow signs everywhere in their store with huge words that read "ENTIRE STORE 40% OFF Lowest Ticketed Price", and in very tiny font .001 size that read "*excludes clearance, fragrance and gift cards". Today is Wednesday at about 3:45pm and I just left the Ralph Lauren Store at the Outlets. I have been looking for the perfect large bag and I actually saw one there that for a second I considered purchasing...until I remembered that I passed FOUR male employees (2 at the register with no guests and 2 on the floor) who looked me dead in the eye and not one said "Hello, how may I help you?" Absolutely the worst service ever! Waited in line, sales person calls me to the register then leaves the register. As I continue to wait for him to get back, then the other associates proceed to help other customers and completely ignore me. This past weekend I was visiting one of your Factory Stores in Williamsburg, Virginia (Saturday 3:30 PM) a store manager was quite rude. There were signs on the exterior of the store with 50% off of the entire shop accept Clearance, (no discount) Home, and Polo Bear which was 30% off the original price. I purchased a Bear sweater and button down along with several other pieces such as a belt, two more button downs, and a polo shirt. While at the register I proceded to give the associate a VIP coupon giving me an additional 10% off my purchase. The associate told me she was not sure how to use the coupon because it had no barcode printed on it. I said, there goes your manager, can you ask her? She turned and saw the manager and proceeded to ask another associate closer to the manager to flag the manager down. A manager walked over and looked at my coupon and then proceeded to ask the associate "Where did you get this coupon?" The associate told her the customer is standing right next to me and the manager told her not to allow me to use it. The associate turned to me and told me what the manager had said, and so I asked why. The manager apparently heard me and turned around to walk over to us once more. She (manager) proceeded to say it has no barcode on it and our registers will not allow us to accept coupons without barcodes. Well, I tried explaining to her that the coupon came without a barcode but it has a code at the very bottom written in red with instructions how to use it. She looked at me again and repeated herself "I said it has to have a barcode or you cannot use it." I was baffled this particular manager had always been polite to me in the past, and her attitude caught me off guard. So, I repeated myself telling her all you have to do is read the coupon at the very bottom, and it tells you exactly how to enter it into your register. She said, NO! I am not going to allow you to use the coupon, anyway, we have everything in the store on sale at 20 - 50% off what more do you want? Honestly, I wanted to be treated like a customer who was appreciated being almost my entire wardrobe is Polo Ralph Lauren not only from Factory Stores but from your website and your store in Georgetown which is not a Factory Store. I have spent thousands of dollars on my life on clothes by Ralph Lauren, and I felt attacked as if I were an idiot. Although, I have worked in retail during my college career at Christmas and I know it is the most stressful time fo the year for everyone the employees and the customers. However, I honestly am not exaggerating I had spent over two hours in that one store looking through merchandise trying to find something I could wear and possibly a couple of Christmas gifts. When a customer walks into a store no larger than one of your Factory Stores and stays for two hours you must have something to keep his/her attention. I do admit your Factory Stores (the ones I have been too) are quite nice for a store that sells mostly seconds. Yes, I will even accept that they could have been shorthanded due to it being a Factory Store, so they do not have the necessary staff to keep everything pristine. It makes no difference to me if the manager was running that entire store alone and 100 people were walking around, trying on clothes, browsing, and buying things it still gave her no excuse to be so rude. read more

I love this place. Best place to shop in va to me. I love the area because it is clean, well kept, safe, and organized and great deals. The only thing that i do not like about this place is it takes forever for them to get new styles onto the floor. sometimes i have went more than one time in a row amd they have had the same styles on the racks. I bought a $250 jacket from this store, had to exchange it 3 times before I got a non defective one but yet it had a home in it due to the security tag. It was extremely disappointing to buy an expensive item with lack of craftsmanship. The return policy and exchange policy of this store is also very stringent. This is one of my favorite stores at the Williamsburg Premium Outlets. They have a huge selection for both men and women. There are great sales here on really great quality clothing. This is definitely the place to buy Polo Ralph Lauren clothing instead of stores at the mall, such as Macy's. You can save a whole lot of money by shopping here. It can be hectic in this store from time to time. I like the fact that I was greeted every single time I came here to shop by an employee who was near the entrance. Its rare to find people like that nowadays. That same employee who greeted you would also thank you for shopping at their store right before you exit. Definitely another store to do your Christmas shopping at for the holidays. Lots and lots of gift ideas! The only cons that I have about this store is that since it can be hectic at times, things get untidy around the store. Also, the place where Ralph Lauren is located at in the outlets has limited parking. It gets really crowded around that section of the outlets, especially on the weekends. read more

Not sure what is up with this RL outlet but it is always a MESS! No excuse today as the outlets were not that busy and it is always this way. I don't buy in this store because the filth gets to me and usually it takes forever to run down someone who can unlock the dressing rooms. I do purchase at the RL outlet in Nags Head as it is clean, employees are available and nice, and merchandise is nicely displayed/presented. Several employees were chatting behind the counter when they should have been on the floor and straightening/refolding merchandise. This place is really a disappointment for the group of outlets in Williamsburg!! read more

This outlet is one of my favorite at Williamsburg premium outlets . They always have great sales before holidays and back to school time . The customer service is superior . Every time I go I get acknowledged when I walk in and when I'm leaving . They have the largest selection of clothes for men women and kids . You can save lots of money shopping here vs. Macy's jc penny and other dept. stores. I never walk out empty handed. The regular polo t shirts are always always always a reasonable price . Great for Xmas gifts birthdays , anything . Polo send me a 25% off coupon I know every 3 months . I feel so special lol . Last but not least this location accepts student ID for 15% off if you don't have the opportunity to use any coupons . The staff is always nice and well trained with excellent customer service . They have plenty of fitting rooms where you don't have to wait like on the hectic weekends and holiday time . This store is overall great . I've been traveling here from Virginia beach ever since I got my drivers liscense and I don't plan on bringing that to an end . read more
