I know I am due for an adjustment when my body feels sluggish and foggy. Dr. Liz did not disappoint! She is thorough with her questions during assessment. She gets to know your body before recommending specific techniques and also listens to your preferences. She is intentional about her techniques working on someone with arthritis (RA) and explains the reasoning behind it. Our family is used to a cookie cutter approach: same adjustment each visit with our 2 kids and both us adults. It's fascinating when she pinpoints strained/tense areas and using the tools to work through it. She read our bodies like braille. My husband was skeptical going to the appointment because he felt like he hit a plateau of treatment and he didn't feel any different after adjustments. He was pleasantly surprised after seeing Dr. Liz! He felt enthusiastically positive about his adjustment and felt more energy. Also, I liked how she "read" my 1yo body and didn't adjust to adjust, but felt tension with his neck (and body) and adjusted to the tension.
