TWICE I was left without needed medications immediately after surgery and was in a LOT of pain waiting on them, only to find out they couldn't fill my scripts nor could they transfer them to another pharmacy, so I had to go back through the doctor's office to send elsewhere. These delays caused me to be in horrible pain without anything stronger than Tylenol for days. Very unhappy about that, so when it happened a second time, I moved my business elsewhere.

Not only are their prescription prices MUCH lower, their customer service is outrageously good. AND you get an email when your prescription is ready. Everyone that I've encountered in the pharmacy there has been awesome. As opposed to the tomfoolery that goes on at my local CVS.

She never looked me in my face nor did she smile. I never heard anything back about the prescription I ordered in person. I ended up going to the CVS in the local Target to switch it over. They were so helpful, so nice and pleasant. I went back today and the Target CVS was super nice.

We stopped by this location from our way from the panhandle to home in Alabama. One of the folks from our party caught a bug of some kind at DisneyWorld so was battling a cough and sore throat. Since we were passing through LaGrange (which we come time to time anyway, for the Korean restaurants) via 27, we saw this convenient location and went in. Saw our trusty Mucinex DM and grabbed it - also saw a CVS generic so grabbed one of each. We went by one of the two self-checkout kiosks just to remember cough medicine requires ID. It was a fairly empty store at 8:30pm on a weekday, so when that screen popped up, we started scouting for a staff who fortunately was nearby and jogged over. My dad of past-retirement age proudly presented his ID just in case staff thought he looked underage. Nevertheless, checkout was quick and easy!
