I tried to install this router all day Sunday, and I believe the combination of the firmware on the AT&T Fiber 5000 service, the AT&T hub (BGW620 All-Fi), was unable to connect due to what looks like a firmware issue. I gave up after 13 hours of trying. This morning, November 10, 2025, I brought the new Wifi 7 router back to Best Buy in perfect condition. They refused to accept the return because it was past their return date. I've probably spent more than $15,000 on stuff from this store over the past decade, but not accepting this return will be the last time I purchase anything from Best Buy.

I brought it back to a former employee named Zuhare, who was the only person I had dealt with on this particular laptop. I had to bring it back several times times for multiple issues. The guy had my laptop for 2 full days and never touched it to fix the mic. Seemed annoyed I even asked. Anyway, I had a few choice words for him, then didn't go back for a few months. I finally decided to go back and the new employee and owner fixed it for me for free within a day. No charge. Now that Zuhare is gone, it is a wonderful place again.
