They were friendly, punctual, and best of all, reasonably priced. I bought a generator from them last year. In five power outages this year, the generator has failed five times, and their service is "we'll get there when we can"; "it's raining"; "I don't make the generator". This after the first failure when two electricians responded with not a volt-ohmmeter between them, after telling me "We'll know about problems before you do because we monitor it", and after me having to clean up plastic, wire ends, and packaging from around their work area every time.
